*Ho provato tutto e tutto quello che ho provato funziona! L'unica cosa che non ho provato è il NetServer, non ho voglia di fare tutto quello sbattimento ma comunque non vedo perchè non debba funzionare.*

I tried everything and everything I've tried works! The only thing I have not tried is the NetServer, I have no desire to do everything concussion but still do not see why should not operate.

Sorry for my English, I used Google translate

[MENTION=214]SNK[/MENTION]

It needs to be tested on CFW COBRA 7.2

[MENTION=29]Joonie[/MENTION]

I am sure ?

hey man you need to blur out your CID more I can still clearly see it

finally i ve got it working, after i just thought **** it i will use irisman from this day on.. xD

i just copied all my data on my new hdd and then made many things so i dont know for sure and there was also a problem with a game (irisman said this iso is very fragmented dont know why but ok....)

but with that problem eventually i got all games in webman working at the same time, dont know either why...

after that i copied again that very same game to be sure that it was copied correctly and used prepntfs there was it, nothing again

but after i deleted the the wmtp folder and let irisman rescan all things and restarted with webman... all 168 games are shown and i can play it...ok AC is a problem like always but tools of destruction for sure xD

yeah xD

Anyone's having issues with PSX games on NTFS partition? I get blackscreen on the 2nd launch.

the same issue is happening on dean's 1.43 webman as well.. and this issue also happens on stock condition of REBUG 4.75.3

Wondering if anyone was bothered by this ?

I will format a flash drive to test this. Haven't noticed any issues with any media via internal HDD as I don't use externals.

Yeah apparently, works fine on dev_hdd0/usb000, but not on ntfs..

I've been heavily testing on A01/E01, the same issue happens on original rogero 4.46 cobra as well.. even with dean's official webman ..

So do I still need to try since its existing? And is haxxxen's 4.21.2 REX Cobra (really like the CU3 dongle till artemis comes along) OK to use? I have Cobra 7.1 & 7.2 binaries I can try if one is preferred over another. I can also use Rebug 4.75.3 REX Cobra 7.1/2 or Rebug 4.76.1 CEX Cobra 7.1/2 if needed. Whatever you prefer. My model is CECH-2501A and do I need to run that PrepNTFS on it? I think I recall that being a must. Everything else works fine from internal and I tried netserv as well with a PS3 ISO but it was only one small one as I have to run it through a WiFi tether and that makes my phone run really hot so I didn't want to do a lot of testing.

Any setup with that particular webMAN is appreciated, the ideal test setup is 4.75.3 Cobra 7.2 but not necessary if you prefer 4.21.

that PSX issue seems not gonna be fixed easily.

*@Joonie ti confermo che i giochi PSX in ISO funzionano da USB in NTFS.

Joonie I confirm you that PSX games in ISO work from USB NTFS.

The PSX games start fine from NTFS the first time they are mounted. You can exit and launch it again, and it still will work.
Even you can mount other files on NTFS, like PS3 ISO or BDFILE and they will continue working fine after mount a PSX game from NTFS.

The issue only happens when you mount a PSX ISO on NTFS the second or later times... Sometimes it will throw the error 80028f17, other times it freeze with a black screen.
[strike]Apparently it is not an issue with webMAN or webMAN MOD, due only happens with PSX games. It seems to be an issue in Cobra.[/strike]

[strike]I suspect it could be something in the function process_read_cd_iso2352_cmd_proxy of storage_ext.c[/strike], since the issue only happens with PSX games mounted from ntfs and /net
The PSX game on NTFS is mounted properly on /dev_bdvd the 2nd and later times, but as soon it is launched the access to /dev_bdvd gets invalid.

I don't know if this issue also exists with the latest builds of Mamba, since I can't test it on 4.46 Rogero Cobra. But this issue seems to exists since Cobra 7.0 was released.

EDIT:
The PSX games mounted from NTFS with IRISMAN does not have the issue... So the problem seems to be in webMAN :(

BTW I've uploaded a new test build of webMAN MOD 1.43.22.
http://aldostools.org/temp/test/webftp_server.sprx

Changes:
- Added the ability to auto-copy to the internal hdd the PS2 ISO mounted from /dev_usb00x or /net, and PSP ISO mounted from /net
- PSPISO and PS2ISO are now shown on game list (XMB/HTML) for /dev_usb00x and /net drives
- Changed the message shown when a game is mounted:
Formerly it first showed: "Game xxx" loaded. Then proceeded to mount the game.
Now it shows the path being mounted, proceed to mount the game, then show: "Game xxx" loaded.
- Miscellaneous minor bug fixes

Aldo I tried to start the game twice folder Playstation and black screen the second start. If you restart the game from the disc does not happen.
Now try with two backup ISO, try to assemble and disassemble the game, I know.

Aldo I tried WebMan 1:43:22 and has the same problem! I think we need to eliminate the automatic start because I have noticed that he does not loaded individually.

If the auto start cause you issues, you can be disabled it on /setup.ps3

[MENTION=29]Joonie[/MENTION] I have found a work around for the issue mounting the 2nd psx iso from ntfs. It is not an elegant solution, since the issue is still present in webMAN's source code, but at least it works.

The work around is that now the psx isos from ntfs are started using Estwald's raw_iso.sprx (like IRISMAN). However, it will only work for the webMAN editions that have the flag FAKEISO enabled (i.e. all the sprx in webMAN MOD's updater except the Lite edition) and the plugin raw_iso.sprx must be installed as one of the following paths:
Code:
			const char raw_iso_sprx[4][40] = {  "/dev_flash/vsh/module/raw_iso.sprx",
										"/dev_hdd0/raw_iso.sprx",
										"/dev_hdd0/plugins/raw_iso.sprx",
										"/dev_hdd0/game/IRISMAN00/sprx_iso" };

If the plugin is not installed, the game will be mounted via webMAN as usual (with the eventual freeze after launch the 2nd psx iso mounted on ntfs).

Known issue: The bug is still present for the PSX games launched via netiso.
