C'est fait, j'ai installé la version "full" et tout re-fonctionne correctement, webMAN ne se plante plus lors de son activation par le HEN-3.0.3 sur ma PS3 UltraSlim (SCPH-4204C Blue). C'est parfait !!!

It's done, I installed the "full" version and everything re-works correctly, webMAN no longer crashes when it is activated by the HEN-3.0.3 on my PS3 UltraSlim (SCPH-4204C Blue). It's perfect !!!

I suggest to give it a try and get your own conclusion.
Some users prefer sMAN for it's simplicity and performance, others prefer the unique features in webMAN MOD.

If you want to try wMM, I recommend you that do this:
1- Delete /dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt before install webMAN MOD (if both plugins are running you may have issues).
2- Keep L1 pressed during the installation to get the full edition.
3- After the installation, go to http://0/setup.ps3 and disable scan for content on startup.

I have tried it before. So wait you mean during installing the pkg file I hold L1? I always wondered what it did because I would just install it and then the app would be there telling me to hold specific buttons to load a different edition.

Today I turned on the console to test some changes to webMAN MOD.
The console was idle on XMB and suddenly it turned off. I noticed it a few minutes later.
The power light was completely off. I pressed the power button, it changed to red.
I pressed it again, it turned green but a second later the green light turns off completely then the power button also turns off. The fans sound like try to start, but the console shutdowns too soon. I repeated this procedure like 10 times with the same result even unplugging the power cord.

The eject button beeps even with the power light off.

Is there something that I can do to revive this console? If not, consider it the end of webMAN MOD / IRISMAN projects.

The console is a slim CECH-2501A

I did a fan test unplugging the console and connecting back with power+eject buttons pressed, and the fans worked fine. So it seems to be some hardware issue.

but you changed thermal paste right? if you never overheat your ps3 I can say is strange maybe try go to safe mode and reinstall firmware? if you had evilant cfw this is why this shit made ylod for my slim

That console 25xx beeps 3 times and turns off leds after 2 seconds. It doesn't let access safe mode.
The other console 21xx is bricked due a bad flash. Both are hardware issues, not software.

Do you still need a working CFW compatible console? I have a 2501 that I could part with. I just recently got it and just need to verify everything works.

I got one 20xx but it has issues with the clock. That's the unique working system that I have now, so if it dies I'll be out.

The guys at the shop store don't want to be bothered with E3 / Tensy flashers.

Please let me know how much is the cost to check I can afford a new one.

ill just give you the console. If i can ship to a US address it will be pretty cheap, like $15 or $20 bucks. Its up to you how you want it shipped. Ill test it over the weekend.
