I had this problem with my original ps3. I was never able to figure out what the problem was. the only thing I didn't try was reformatting the hdd. did you or have you used sen enabler in the past?

i have but i get a new hdd same problem its soo annoying

do you mean formatting the hdd/using a new hdd or used sen enabler? I was thinking it was sen enabler that caused the problem, but I can't verify it. you're also only the second or third person I've seen with this problem. I asked about this on here a while back, and no one knew what the problem was. the reason I think sen enabler may be responsible is that it has been known to cause other issues with ps2 playback.

edit: btw, I bought a second ps3 after my first one was banned. it doesn't have this problem.
