If you can't fix it, pull the power cable from your PS3 while it's running and wait about 10 mins (to be sure). Then plug it back in and the fan speed should reset automatically. I wouldn't even use webMAN for now tbh, it just doesn't work properly with HEN, but that will probably change in the near future.

Well i did the same sh*t, so..., the solution to you'r problem is disarm you'r ps3, and desconnect the fan then power on the console enable hen, go to settings in webman, set it to syscon, turn off the system and plug again the fan cable and assemble the ps3 again (sorry for the bad english)

Also, when changing the fan settings set it to 30% or lower to 80% just in case
 
here is a demonstration video where you can see how HEN and WebMAN MOD 1.47.17 are working!
at the end of the video, after starting more games, returning to the XMB the system crashed on a black screen ... patience! I am confident and I know that HEN and HBs will be improved in the future! the only thing I miss at the moment is the control fan of webman mod (but even irisman wouldn't be bad !!) ..!
what do I expect from HEN and its developers in the near future ??
something in the style of $ ony: "improvement of system stability" !!

And hen source is out,'I can't use ps3mapi for some reason, I added standard calls to get pid etc . Set and write proc mem. Unless you are using mapi security features or something of that sort

pretty random question but do you know how to install ps3m_api to hen
 
So I reinstalled everything I could have, HAN, HEN, my Firmware, and webman but my fan is still stuck at 100 percent speed and the XMB freezes whenever I enable HEN with webman installed. Is there anyway I can revert the fan speed change that webman made without entering the XMB menu?

I assume you have installed the version which loads plugins from hdd0.

Here is what you should do:

1 - Get your plugin and place it in '/dev_hdd0/plugins/'.
2 - Add '/dev_hdd0/plugins/(your_plugin_file_name_with_extension)' in 'boot_plugins_nocobra.txt'.
3 - Transfer the new 'boot_plugins_nocobra.txt' to '/dev_hdd0/hen/'.

Theoretically this should do it.

(REMEMBER! BAD PLUGINS WILL FORCE A FIRMWARE RE-INSTALL)

Hi. I'm new to this forum and I've a PS3 - CECH 2004 A with OFW 3.83 not hacked. I'm not an expert but looking these tools you provide, I would like to turn my console into a customized one. Which steps I must
follow ( in a safe way) ?

Check if you can downgrade your device to 3.55 FW. You can install a CFW (which is the best way)
 
Maybe someone can figure out something for me. When HEN is enabled, attempting to launch remote play locks controller input at the home screen.

Dude can you get KH 1.5 Final Mix work with HEN? I've tried a lot of stuff and none of it works

do you mean KH 2.5 ReMIX?
it's working for me! inside there are:

IMG-20190502-213219.jpg

kh 2 final mix (works well);
kh birth by sleep final mix (works well);
kh re: coded (video) (works fine).
this game contains bigfiles !! do you know what they are and how to treat them? otherwise the game will not work!

@aldostools my webman is working just fine BUT i really want to change the fan spped and if i do it works but my homebrew crashes the console.
turns off no red light
i have to use syscon then its all fine
is there a fix or?i already instal .19 hen fix and the same thing happens
