Version 1.7 with updated reload.self for PSX games to add support for 4.81 CEX/DEX.
Note: 1.7.1 exist, but i can't find it. Anyway, only change was added support for 4.70 for PSX games, so this version already include this feature. In short is 1.7 but newer than 1.7.1.
