From this version, the FERROX takes a new look.
Ideas realized by dear MiZiO90, who worked to make the coolest FERROX CFW around!
    It is not a theme.

    It is some internal changes.
Changes were introduced to 'clock, the horizontal lines in the screens, in colored lettering, to' Full Banner at the top right, in the section 'System Upgrade', to the menu screen that appears when holding down the PS button, and a new logo FERROX pulsing during uploads.

    A large lavorone!

You want to see the screen?
Open the spoiler to make a 'better idea of the new look !!

Combined with the new Look with your theme you prefer.
Or maybe combined with a Wave!
It comes out a XMB fear

Well I used dev wiki to see where that menu started from and it was that RCO. So I used PUAD GUI to grab the one from a standard OFW and replaced it and the menus worked jist fine. So I went to my slim just to test with Ferrox and no issues on a non-BC model. So to dig deeper I installed Rebug then swapped out the modded RCO and same issue displaying the menu and same error code upon exit. So somehow the issue is with the RCO and full BC PS3 models only using PS2 disc. I tried to swap out to original PS2 EMU in Rebug Toolbox but it complained the app couldnt find the other file to swap. So @Joonie @habib is this normal for Rebug Toolbox to not find the other PS2 EMU file on a full BC?

Full version is required to swap unless you put all those emu files on USB manually

Hi guys,

I'm upgrading directly from rogero cfw 4.55. Two questions,

My old multiman doesn't seem to work anymore. The application crashes. What should I use?

I see that psn is enabled by default. Which spoofer / app should I use to avoid be detected on multiplayer games?

1. Multiman like most other brew needs to be updated to the latest version otherwise it cannot cope with a newer CFW.
If ever you still experience problems after updating multiman with the latest pkg, you may need to uninstall multiman completely & reinstall using the latest Full pkg.

However nowadays webMAN-MOD is the most practical & popular backup manager with new features being added all the time whereas multiman is idle in terms of new features development.
TBH I hardly use multiman anymore....

2. PSNPatch should be used to connect to PSN. Read the release notes carefully. Check the psnpatch thread.

FILE is corruted (8002F2C5) help
If you give us some more details we might be able to help you but for now with only 5 words we can only speculate.... [emoji5]️

Firstly, have you checked the md5 hashes of the file you downloaded to make sure it's not corrupted?

The md5 checksum of the Ferrox 4.80 Cobra pup file is included in OP. Here it is again MD5=37238780c8a8f26b49f609aa0d813acd

Just use a md5 checksum tool on your PC to calculate the Md5 of your PUP file and compare the result with the original checksum above.

If the 2 checksums are not the same, the file you have is corrupted so try to download it again.

If the md5 checksum is the same as in OP then the pup file is good & the problem comes from your setup.
In this case, what's your console? What firmware is currently installed on it? How are you trying to update? Via XMB or Recovery menu?

this is y habib started uploading his update.pup's in zip files to prevent issues with the md5.

Corrupted downloads are quite rare but they happen. A zip or rar makes things easier but when it comes to a PUP file releases, the md5 checksum is not given just to look nice. [emoji6]

but I check update pups before they go on the system via update debug. I've never had an issue with any of them. and, then, I can't check the md5. I suspect something else is the problem.

maybe check what his firmware originally is. u'll get an error if it's above 3.55. below that, any firmware, it will install without issue.

that will definitely cause an error due to two files in the core os. the revoker and the appldr in lv0.
