Hey so I turned my ps3 on and it updated hen to 3.0.2 but I can't sign in without it asking to update to the latest ofw. What should I do

Update the firmware to 4.87HFW with a FAT32 usb stick and then reinstall HEN.

hello friends, I have a ps3 without blueray drive in infinite loop in the update, would have some hfw 4.87 without the drive check (nodb).

Oh yeah I forgot. So I have to go to. The Web browser and install hen there right. ‍♂️ Ty im Dumb. Already installed from USB to the new hfw
 
Do Any Dev's know if Managunz 1.38 will be updated to 1.39?
I've tried 1.38 and 1.37 multiple times. However they both freeze up the console. This is after 4.87 HFW/HEN 3.02 UPDATE.
I really like the option of downloading game updates from this homebrew. Is their any other Homebrew that has this option?

actually,my apologies.
tested two ISOs yesterday,both mounted and started fine.tried all of them today and i've got one that freezes on mount (Heavy Rain - BCUS98164)
and psp ISOs too.all my other PS3 ISOs mount/start ok.

Your Good Buddy! Man I just reinstalled HFW 4.87 twice over and also redownload managunz 1.38 both sources from here. But it still freezes on ISO and Game folder. When I go to mount it instantly freezes and if I use triangle to go to game menu it instantly freezes. So It's officially not working for me... my console is a CECH 3001b if by chance we see a pattern. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Also I will add that I deleted managunz a few times before installing. I have to pull the power cord and reinstall file system. If anyone has this issue and knows a work around send me a message or post it..Would be grateful...Thx

Need help.. I was able to update successfully from 4.86 -> 4.87 hfw. And was able to install HEN.

But when enabling it for the first time, it starts to show Welcome to PS3HEN 3.0.2 and then it hangs and I need to hard shutdown the system.

Looks like HEN will not enable. Please help :(

your only option is fixing the hardware or new ps3.

I had this issue. Only way to fix this is to change HDD to empty one formated to fat32, then you need usb with ps3 update set to it and installing Ps3 firmware into the empty hdd. After update you can swap back the old HDD and the console should work okey.

I also uninstalled multiman and webman thinking it needs to updating but no help..

Pls let me know if there is a solution to this..
I am trying to do safe mode restore database and filesystem..
Or better yet reinstall official firmware to retry once more..
