This is not an rule, so I'm not going to do anything with that. I just want to let you know guys (gals?) that correctly named thread can give you answer much faster. Seriously, many users even not look into threads like that.

I only wrote "Question" because the question isn't so relevant compared to the others and i don't really need a lot of attention to it, i'm not that desperate for an answer is what i mean.

Yes i seen 4 threads earlier and i changed the thread titles.

Lol I'm really really sorry i just didn't know what can be used as a title but thanks tho for that awesome title and i apologize again :D

The subject of what you asking.
Yea its a question but for what... That is the subject.

Try imagine that forum is some kind of knowledge database which someone in the future will try search. It is hard to look specific issue searching by only key words or tags. Thread titles are very important in this task and proper one will help other safe time and effort. And another aspect of this case: yet forum search isn't perfect, the Google one with "<phrase> site:<address>" fill the task very good but only if title is reasonable... ;)

Then that's mean that You treat us like TV program or free helpdesk and doesn't respect us... Good to know.

Oh, and personally, when I see such title, I don't even click on it because it is signal that if author doesn't know how to describe title, he also not know how to describe his problem and doesn't give a sh*t. That's attitude always make me angry... and sad simultaneously.

As berion said
If I see just "help" or "question" as title then I don't bother with it
However if I see "help ps4 making funny noise" or something that says in the title a brief description like that then I know what I'm going in for and if I can help or if I can link you to another thread or if it gets resolved I can do a quick search to find your thread and then link someone else to your thread to help them

It's bloody pointless putting a dumb ass title on a thread and I would love to see these one word titles stopped

It is Darwinism rule, the same rule why You are with us here and on this planet in this part of universe. It is Your time and Your good will, which I appreciate BTW, but You also put those people in belief that it is no big deal to make mess in database. ;p

On top of that, there is also difference between helping and being using.

Okay, well mess in database is not that good  But how do you propose I am going to help these people then ;) Without answering the threads..

@ISAK.M You don't and You don't need redeem all peoples, it some kind of filter. ;) They filtered themselves by doing that. But it is my private point of view, based on my bad experience in my short but entire life; high probably admins/moderators would not agree with me in this matter as for site future, more important is traffic.

No, I am not, I understand that titles should be informative, but to just dismiss those threads is just rude
No you are wrong.
To not place a descriptive title and expect help purly on the basis that you only put "help" or "question" is the wrong way about getting help
It says to me that you know there are other threads that cover your issue yet you don't want the hastle of reading through these threads to see what might work to fix your own so on your infinite wisdom you are using the vague title description in the hopes no one will say
"Hey look this other thread is the same as yours go there"
Because once someone is in your thread and can see that you carnt be arsed describing the issue in the title then they also carnt be arsed helping you.
This is whats called biting your nose to spite your face
So the only ppl who will "try" to help are the new to the game low experience members

What you need is a bit of self help and that way the more experienced members will then help you and get you answers more relevant to your issue.

Do you really want say for example a Linux coding Pro advising on how to fix a broken controller by using a sandbox on a Windows or mac pc to use some bizarre Linux code when a simple press of the reset button would do
And all that because of a poor thread titleit doesn't matter if your willing to help and good on you
But it does matter that the person gets the right help
So put a propper title for foools sake

Welp, whaever, that's how i feel like i should do stuff. It's other people's choice to click something or not. I'm not forcing anyone to click, Other people's curiosity isn't my problem.
