Can't Seem To Add Make Pkg By Right-Clicking

I'm having issues getting make pkg to appear by right clicking on a folder. I'm on windows 10 btw. I have this on my old laptop, but I can't seem to remember how to do it on the new one. I think it's the .bat file, but it doesn't seem to work on windows 10. thanks.

edit: alright, it says "cannot find registry key." these registry values may only be for windows 7.

Try running PkgView as Admin...
Context menu works fine on Windows 10. No need for you to run any batch file, the ps3tools apps run as Administrator should add appropriate entries.

still no make pkg option. I chose to associate pkgs with pkg view, but I'm not sure if it did anything.

yeah. it's been so long since I've done this that I had forgotten. I'm sure I wasn't even aware of this feature 'til long after I had it, so it was a welcomed accident. the reason I asked was that someone on temp asked in my tutorials thread about merging package files. I wasn't sure if there was any way aside from extracting the package files, then repacking them. that's when I mentioned "make pkg" to him. I didn't realize it wasn't on my windows 10 computer until then. lol my memory isn't so great anymore, so it's difficult to remember anything anyway.well, all is sorted now.
