Made in LPP Makes use of VitaRW by Major_Tom,

HOW DO I REMOVE IT? By reinstalling your firmware. don't worry, you wont loose any files on your memory card or anything. its just like a system update only your updating from 3.60 to 3.60 there are a bunch of ways to do this but the easiest way is to use the Firwmare-Reinstall app https://github.com/SilicaAndPina/Firmware-Reinstall/releases

>>>> USE AT YOUR RISK <<<<
##NOTE## Do not attempt to use IDU mode while this is installed. Also this is his second release of this. I have the original one archived if anyone cares to check or compare files.

I'm assuming a missing dex shell.self is the reason I couldn't get the dex version of content manager to work. it was missing from the download when I installed it, so dex cma was unstable with the cex shell.self as I recall.

Maybe just me, but this seems a bit misleading to me. Considering Team Rebug themselves have no association with this release.

Perhaps changing some of the terminology that Team Rebug uses in their releases. "REX" and "REBUG" itself was names from rebug about thier's releases. So using the same things when its not a release of their might be misleading (especially using terms like REBUG when not needed in this case) to many which may not be the intent here, but will be the result in others being confused if this is something from team rebug. .

I agree with you as well. While his heart was in the right place it does come off as misleading.

It has been released since 3.60 was still the current latest FW. He never promoted it outside of his Mega links on his Twitter page. He didn't even tweet about it so it wasn't as if he was looking to leech of Rebugs glory but it was used as something PS3 CFW users would know what it did which was enable some Vita Debug functions much like the AC!D 3.41 FW files released which was considered a CFW back then. Not many know what a PDEL is when it was first released. Instead of Rebug maybe it can be called Detail DEbug & reTAIL LOL

I didn't imply that it was done with bad intent, tbh if I had felt like that I would have posted about it as soon as I first noticed it. I am sure others would have as well.
But still, I think we can all agree that from a user point of view the use of such terms is misleading. We all understand the analogy of course but it doesn't make it correct or right.
