SSX (SLUS-20095)
Full freeze fix for SSX.Code:3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 0A 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 34 85 1E 00 E5 00 40 10 E5 00 00 10 00 00 00 00
No smoke induced freezes, no random freezes, and ALL smoke/particle effects are still enabled. Only tested SLES, but NO freezes in my time tested. I have tried every reproducible freeze multiple times, as well as trying to get random freezes on Elysium Alps to no avail. Safe to say it is officially FIXED(!) with all effects still intact.
SLUS has not been tested though, but since the freezes are exactly the same, I doubt that it will fail to work. Please test though...I am a little scared to be let down.![]()

ntsc version too?I've only had 1 freeze that occured picking up a item and while using the turbo (that you get after completing tricks). But it's also not popping up always. Got it in Snowdream while pickung up the item that lets you complete tricks faster.
How come softlocks occur just randomly on the emulator? It happens even with official classics at times.
It's just what happens. The emulator is a little wonky to say the least, but it's really interesting to see a fully software-based emulator from 2011ish working this good. I am sure if Sony pushed it a little harder, these bugs would have eventually gotten worked out, but of course Sony was just doing the bare minimum with the reselling of PS2 games on their store to make a quick buck. How come softlocks occur just randomly on the emulator? That, and also that the emu was good enough for what they needed. Most of the store releases are the less demanding titles, or titles that needed little to no fixing with configs.i only got softlocks with a few specific games.
I think sony never really cared much about netemu, since most popular ps3 games were released as hd remasters.
No my hd is basically brand new. But yeah even with jank it's sort of impressive that Sony made an emu that works with so many games.isn't ur hd corrupted?
I agree with what @mrjaredbeta mentioned above, but in an official classic it should not happenHow come softlocks occur just randomly on the emulator? It happens even with official classics at times.

But this ones was published in PSN, and you are using his configs from NET category ?i only got random softlocks with 2 games:shadow hearts covenant and rogue galaxy.
IT never happened with other game so far.
After knowing the results made by @mrjaredbeta i would say that probably not, some of that effects was really pushing it to his limits, and we dont know if is a matter of the efficience of the emulator code, or the PS3 hardware, or better said... how is ballanced the workload in between the different co-processors of CELL that are doing the emulation of the "virtual" PS2 components@mrjaredbeta if sony released burnout games would they able to make the game run without disable anything?
Well was test my pal version. Looks like its not fix graphical glitches.Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2 (SLES-50196)

Untested.
Thanks for the report. Config fixes texture issues due to mipmapping, and kozarovv's fix is already in the config. Some games have some minor SPS issues like this, but I didn't notice this or any others while playing. Good eye for finding this, but there's no point in fixing something so minor.Well was test my pal version. Looks like its not fix graphical glitches.
@mrjaredbeta, in ur post u say - (thanks to @kozarovv for PAL fix). Where i can find kozz fix for pal version?
