I tried to put funtuna mc on slot 2 with my main card at slot 1 but it wont work. select mc2 in browser, quit quit, then it just showed launchelf instead of funtuna fmcb screen.

Because you have a MC inserted in the 1st slot with uLE located at BOOT/BOOT.ELF

well that card has been installed with fmcb for another ps2 (7000x), i might need to use it back with that 7000x ps2 so i didnt change the fmcb-related file in it. guess i have to remove it then?

I renamed the BOOT.ELF you mentioned to BOOT.ELFbackup and if i wanna use it back to that 7000x ps2 i just need to set its name back then.
I'd like to keep the MC in slot 1 since it's troublesome to plug and remove all the time and i want to keep my savefile in that slot 1 MC, leaving funtuna MC in slot 2 as clean as possible

Just remove that MC from the 1st slot and done
 
My current ps2 is 90006 hk ver with modchip(which i really dont know how to deal with). It can load burned disk but wont load FreeDVDBoot video dvd i burned for some reason (that dvd itself is no problem since it worked in other clean ps2 i tested) and if i try to disable the modchip (by quickly pressing reset/power button twice when booting the console. I suppose thats the way because it changed something.), the ps2 wont load anything then, not burned dvd, not official copy, not cd, not freedvdboot disc. in browser it shows "The disc could not be read."

Therefore i cant use funtuna on mine without another ps2 console's help.

I am not asking for an answer here since this might not be the right place. Just funny trivia.
 
Cheat device means application which allow to launch another application with RAM hooks. Mostly they are commercial software runned only from disc, so You need homebrew one (PS2 Remote Debugger (called Artemis on early development stage) or CosmicCheat) or commercial but "cracked" (CodeBreaker, Action Replay etc.).

I have installed an extreme version of FunTune, when I start the PS2 using FunTune, the wireless joystick refuses to work, I have to take the bluetooth module out of the PS2 and insert it back in order for the joystick to work, and when exiting with OPL, uLauncherElf, the problem is similar.
There is no such problem with a normal PS2 bios startup, as with MODBo 5.0
PS2 slim 90008 1c PAL MODBo 5.0 Matrix 1.93 shell
I am asking for help to sort out this issue!

Good, it's the first time I ask for help, since everything is always very well explained, hehehe... The fact is that I have installed the funtunade the main page, which has the OPL v1.0.0. I want to have e OPL v.1.1.0 without deleting v1.0.0. Game by USB, the case is that on another pendrive copy the ELF of v1.1.0 and with ulaunch I pasted in BOOT / the.elf file. Then with FMBC configurator I put it as ITEM 5, then saved the cnf config in mc0. From there I went back to funtuna and appeared on the menu. I turned off the console and changed the pendrive for the one I have a ps2 game. As a result, when I entered funtuna again, only OPL v1.0.0 appeared. It only reappears if I put the pendrive where I copied and OPL.elf Some suggestions??? Best regards
 
Okay I just found out that v1.0.0 is the official version, so do not pay attention to my previous doubt, of course I stay with the official Greetings.
 
hello I wanted to know if it was possible to install Funtuna even on non-original Memory cards such as those of Amazon Grazie per il tuo tempo!

Hi bro I have ps2 scph 90004 . I like to play it with usb pendrive. What can I do . To play please help me . I don't have any idea about it
