it shows cause you use downgrader 999 which have 9.99 coreOS version meaning you try to install lower coreOS version on higher one

you try to install 4.84 on 9.99 system you need to toggle qa flag to install lower version

You saying to toggle qa flag then i can install updates?
 
I had HAN 4.84 (maybe it was 4.84.2) on my Ps3. Yesterday I updated to 4.85 OFW, but I still have HAN Toolbox and Package Manager. Will they still correctly work??
(sorry for ignorance, I'm really out of the Ps3 scene).
 
I need help I just jailbrok my ps3 and now I was trying to extract multiman to my USB to put it in my PS3 but is a PKG file and does not want to extract I already tried to extract it with pkgview and psnpkg decryptor & and extractor but did not work.

Does anyone have a link with multiman already extracted I need help please.

You don't need to extract a pkg to put it on your ps3. Just install the PKG from USB via package manager on the xmb.

There is normally no reason to need to extract multiman on pc. You can access the multiman files on your ps3 hdd after installing the PKG if you need them.

I thought when installing the OFW that HAN Toolbox and Package Manager would disappear from the game's column. I'll check if HAN Toolbox works (probably it won't, since I'm on OFW now).

I'd need HAN Toolbox to work just in case I want to revert the console back to PAL (I installed HAN only for changing the console region to play games at 60HZ on SD-CRT. However Ps1 PAL games don't work this way, so I have to revert back to PAL for playing them).

You don't extract PKG files. You install them on ps3
 
Hello, a few years back I softmodded my console with PS3xploit 4.82. Now I would like to try out Destiny online, but when I try logging into PSN, it asks for the latest firmware.

Should I install PS3xploit 4.85.1 as is, just running the pkg? The only times I've ever went on PSN in these years, I used SEN Enabler and OFW was still 4.82.

So you are running 4.82 CFW? If so, just update to a 4.85 CFW and then use either PSNpatch or SEN Enabler if you want to access PSN - at your own risk as there's no guarantee you'll be safe from a ban.
