how to add warning boot message on rebug 4.81.2?possible?

Not exactly sure what you mean, but you could add a start up warning with either a custom coldboot logo or a modified epilepsy warning.

when the ps3 cfw (cex) boot there is no start up message but in other cfw like darknet ther is how to add it
i have a custom coldboot

Don't think there is a simple way, different CFWs have different patches applied. So if you swap the vsh.self from Darknet for example everything will not work correctly, like PS2, PSP at least, maybe more. What FW are you on? If its Rebug then its even more tricky.

Cobra has changed with the 7.50 release. In theory you should be able to modify vsh.self without having to patch Cobra at all.
The tutorial by kozarovv was written before Cobra 7.50 came out so it does not include this updated information.
All CFW with Cobra 7.50 should be treated as non Cobra CFW when it comes to the modification you want to make. It is much easier to do this mod now than it was a few weeks ago!

I didn't messed with new firmwares, but it's look like you only need make vsh part from my tutorial, don't need to follow steps after "encrypting vsh" @tarik

What you want will never be possible unless a dev writes new code! You only have 2 choices here:
1. Change the boot message in vsh by patching manually. It takes 2mn.
2. Change nothing at all
