How to install and use DEX CMA

So i just found out Dex CMA has the option to ONLY copy game savedata! AND Can be ported to retail much like
the debug utility and trophys app.
keep in mind that Dex CM doesnt have the [Install Content Mannager] Button (Not that anyone uses it as it installs default sony CMA)
so if you wanna be able to just backup your savefiles and not the whole application. And still have it work on every single vita wheter Henkaku Or Not! Well Now this is possible!

After thats done FTP To your vita and install VitaRW (If you dont allready have it) now on your vita Run VitaRW - and FTP To your vita again goto vs0: and in the folder you extracted theres a file called Everything For VS0 Copy everything from Everything For VS0/ to the root of VS0:
it will ask you to replace a few files just say yes to all of them.
now thats done reboot your psvita and try to copy a game to your PC - You now have the option to ONLY Copy savedata!

I couldn't get this to work. it's a dex version of CMA? it didn't work for me, and I checked if the files had transferred based on size. at random times, I couldn't connect to qcma with usb or wifi. when I could connect, the save option wasn't available.

Changing the CMA App isn't enough requires a few more modules, i also installed the CEX CMA with DEX Modules and also enable this feature so it doesn't matter.

Simply, no. It can't be synced with the PSN this way, but i'm sure it was easy to do unlocking Trophys and set a timestamp which can be synced with the PSN :P

The shell.self changed so far i see only the LiveArea to make DebugUtility running, i also flashed the CEX shell.self and had this Features too (execpt the Debug Utility)

well, when I changed the cma version to dex it became unstable and the save feature wasn't available. it doesn't matter anymore though as the save manager app fixed the problem. the problem was with a mismatch of the title id and the save id which was corrected with .4 iirc. before, it would error.

Which modules did you install to get this working with CEX and can you keep the PSN spoof as I know dex shell doesn't allow this. While Vita save game manager is neat it doesn't allow one to backup encrypted saves.

From 5th release, on 4th spoof is done in different way, so even Dex shell is spoofed..

Backuped saves via DEX CMA are encrypted or decrypted? And second question: this backup is in some big resource files like i.e system backup from PS3 or in the same "form" as in memory card/internal memory?

DEX CMA saves are encrypted but that is why I need it for carts. Vita Game Save manager can backup decrypted saves and encrypted saves from PSN content just not carts. It's not to bad using CEX CMA for carts as the install data is small but it backs up DLC and updates AIO. But the issue I have is sometimes in order to restore them I have to do a DB rebuild and with 64gb carts it's a pain to do that as I always have more bubbles then the system allows. So I have to sort some content into folders to make more space in the Live area then reboot so they appear and then add them. But I got the DEX CMA PC client from a friend but it makes calls home to Sony so I need to block those calls home first. But hurricane Matthew still has us with no power for four days now. I am using a power converter in my car to power my laptop to watch stuff but only one thing at a time. I'll tinker with it soon enough I hope.

On henkaku 4?

Yea I have that for my offline installer but I don't like to use it cause of the amphetamine plugin. I got everything I need now to stay full CEX with HENkaku v6. Gonna use DEX PC CMA client for my carts and Vita Save game manager for encrypted PSN content and decrypted saves as well.
