Mounted games not showing

when I said bug, I was thinking of the same cobra versions on both firmwares. I skipped over the cobra version of the habib firmware mentioned or I got them confused. I just knew about homebrew blocker being a feature above 7.59. :-P

You can not get old because there is still a lot to do on the stage ;P and the future is foreseeing brightness.

Is this a question about blocking homebrew, does it also block access to PSN while syscalls are off? And it can make friendly messages with the function enabled to enable cfw or disable syscall to be able to log in to psn, instead of error message, in all original ps3 languages a good option for noobs?

psn patch will block access to psn unless you disable syscalls via a button press. you need to enable the plugin for this.

i know the psn patch block psn, but I am talking about a function that is already included in cobra from 4.82 for example Ferrox, what was talking about upper, blocking homebrew and does it block psn after disabling syscalls cfw? I do not want to try to log in on the cfw in order not to get banned :p for forgetful people who forget to enable the function syscalls off cfw and clear the history in WMM.

Perhaps if the process was made automatic?

Enable/disable on log in/out..?
More something like this in off/on syscalls in WMM:
1.CFW syscalls off, you can not run homebrew with an error message on syscalls CFW, but login psn normally.

2.CFW syscalls on, you can run homebrew, but not login in psn with an error message off syscalls CFW.
Can be a good idea for basic cfw users in all languages.

Yes, unless the user is forgetful.. :-p

I remember way back when i used a rooted Android phone. My banking app wouldn't work, so i had to have a hide root app to use it. Back then I had to manually start the hiding and I forgot it many times. My solution was to create a simple "if this - then that" script to automate the process.

This way I didn't ever have to give it any thought. ;)

Just saying, in protection, perhaps an automatic approach could be wise.

This blocker homebrew in COBRA has a lot of potential but it seems unfinished and not friendly to noob, partly eliminates the risk of accidental ban.
What will you say about these gentlemen? @aldostools @Alexander

instead it seems to me to be very safe. I do not understand what problems you may have :)
This is not a problem, but when you have syscalls enabled, you can use homebrew and this is ok :) but also you can log in to psn and this already means a big ban probability, can you extend this script that is already blocking homebrew to add psn lock when using cfw syscalls? Such reverse, when you have disabled cfw, you can log in to PSN but you can not use homebrew from the blacklist of non-licensed programs, And when you have CFW enabled then you can not login to PSN but you can use homebrew
, and with one or the other option, give a message to disable or enable syscalls to be able to login to psn or use homebrew. The basic user after the error message with the code will immediately write on the forum that something does not work or will ask if he got a ban.

  I think you're describing this http://store.brewology.com/ahomebrew.php?brewid=244

Simply put:

IF syscall = Enabled - THEN PSN access = Disabled and Homebrew = Enabled

And vice versa... No?

CFW SyscallsENABLEDDISABLED
HomebrewsPlayableNot Playable
PSN AccessDisabledEnabled
Hombrew access is controlled by Cobra payload.
PSN Access is controlled by PSNpatch.

BTW webMAN MOD also can block PSN access (manually or at startup through PSN Lock), but PSNpatch is better for this task.

Is it automated?

If a user logs into PSN, does it disable Homebrew?
If a user logs out from PSN, does it enable Homebrew?
Or does the user have to manually make the switch?

From what I understand, the user have to do it manually. So wouldn't it be better to make it automated? To avoid users accidentally getting banned or posting about errors that's really not an error..?

Edit: to have that feature automated and integrated into the cwf without the need for PSN patch or other user dependent actions would IMHO be the best route.

Please read PSNpatch documentation (readme & faq). All your questions are already answered there.

Additional questions about PSNpatch features should be asked here:

Sorry, I think you misunderstood. I wasn't asking about PSN patch.

I was referring to the very same feature mentioned here:

And I was simply stating my opinion that it would be better to have these features integrated and automated inside the cfw itself. ;)

Edit: Just realized that this thread went pretty off topic. My OP was concerning the mounted games in sMan not showing up on the XMB. :-p
