Lots of new stuff is being released and my guide needs a lot of updating.
HAN Toolbox 0.4 has been released and makes light work of some of my guide. Mainly a demo downloader so you don't have to use psn to download your demos. Plus pkg linker has been rebuilt for a much smoother expirience when transferring pkgs over a network.

Some nice XMB mods have also been released like changing your boot animation and sound. New XMB waves and colours as well as certain menu mods etc etc.

I will outline the basics of all these new features very soon :cool:

Another thing i noticed.. i was able to play PES18, GTA V, Some FPS called PainKiller Hell and Damnation and Silent Hill HD Collection without enabling HAN.

Games converted on CFW2OFW i can go play straight.

I only enable HAN to install the packages.

HAN need to be enabled in order to play rif/rap license games.

It seems..converted games that have LIC file as license doesn't need HAN to play.

But that's a guess..i will test more games to solid confirm this.

Hi im going to try converting the game dark souls prepare to die edition (especial method) with game convert , so I wanna know is

someone already got succes with this game... thanks in advance for the hard work my friends .

good news Im playing dark souls 1 the porblem with this game was the eboot.bin missing in the usdir of the game.

Thanks for confirming. If this is the case of all cfw2ofw games, goodbye to game inject via DTU then :)
 
PS2 Classics Placeholder R3 - Placeholder for PS2 classics isnt needed for ps2 games to run/work
You just need universal rap convertet to rif.installer.pkg and resigned converted pkg for ps2classic
 
I've installed mortal kombat komblete edetion and im getting this error :(

Try getting pkg again and reinstall it, game data could be corrupt so it cant load it
