Its fine, you will need to add an exception or disable your av if you want to run it regardless of how you download it. Its due to a file in the resigner and the way it modifies files.

ive tried stopping defender to no avail. the download is just an auto fail
 
I can't edit the link so I had to add it under the extra tab as a backup link.

I don't think using a zip will fix the av warning. it's the pkg tool that the rif signer uses that is being flagged.
 
hi all
when i try to start the server i have massage that VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing i downloaded this file and put it in system 32 but the issue is the same anyone have solution for it thx
 
Caved into a Windows 10 Update a while ago and now the linker won't even get past the splash screen. Turned off real-time scanning and nothings come up.
 
On the thread is wrote that I can get up to 1 Gbps but I am getting around 85 - 100 Mbps
There's any way to increse the download speed?

PS: I'm using direct connection

Did u have ethernet card with 10\100\1000 card network check this and make sure u install the driver for card same problem to me but the network card 10\100 not 10\100\1000 network card

Yeah, I tried to update the card hoping it is 1000 mbs but it's only 100

Hey.
I've done all the things the tutorial video says, but I still don't get the menu item on the ps3. I'm running rebug CFW 4.82.
Since I have cfw, I don't have HAN toolbox, which is all the video shows. Do I really need that?
I've also been thinking about manually copying the xml files in data/pkglinker/userfiles/ to dev_blind/vsh/resources/explore/xmb, but I don't know if that will work. I think I'd have to edit the category xml for that to work, but I don't know how really.

So, what might be the issue?

I need internet connection (My router was burned jxjxjx) for install pkg in my ps3 with PKG Linker?

Hello everyone, I have a problem, I wanted to spend a few games on the PS3 from PKG linker, the first thing I have to configure the wireless network connections, I get into the network center, change adapter settings, then wireless network connection, I give in properties, shared uses, frame in the box that says: Allow users of other networks to connect through the Internet connection, and then I accept, and I see a window that says, Error while enabling the shared connections to the Internet, you can not start the service or dependency group, someone knows how to solve this problem, if so I thank you
 
Watsup you guys im new to this forum stuff but anyways i recently learned how to download ps2 isos to my ps3 using the han and ps2 gui and the resigner tool im sure you guys know wat im talking about but anyways i managed to get 2 games running on my ps3 running that were under 4 gb but i tried a game over 4 gb so i got the pkg linker to download and everything installed the rif too i start up the game it seems its about to start running but then it kicks me back out and i get then i get a 80028F17 error code can anyone tell me what went wrong ?
