PKG Linker 2.0 - Serve Packages to your PS3 (HAN/CFW)

PS3 PKG Linker 2.0 - Serve Packages to your PS3 (HAN/CFW) v2.0

i can't download is virus block me :(
We cant help with that, Its a false positive due to a file in the resigner and the way it works, its up to you if you want to allow it through but many others are using it without any issues.
I'm getting error 80029564 during installation at 17%.it worked well on other pkg
That is a signing issue, I think that error means you answered question wrong when resigner asked you pkg type, or something else like that.

Its not related to PKG Linker anyway.

My last few weeks have been awful. I won't get into details but it's been one of the worst times of my life.
We're getting back to work and an update to the resigning is one of the things we're working on now.

I apologize for the delay and I hope everyone can understand.

I hope everything will go back to normal soon :(

@DeViL303 @pink1 I have noticed that the package download does not allow background download which is more convenient for large packages.

Is it possible that pkg linker create 2 lists? One using the current method and another that allow the background download. The user could decide which type of installation want to use: download + auto install, bubble install or both lists (letting the user choose which type of download want to perform from XMB)

Also it would be very useful to have a *server option* that move the packages that have been downloaded to a non shared folder (e.g. "installed"). So when the user refresh the list, the packages already installed would not be listed again.

We would love that, but on OFW we don't have any method for enabling background downloading. Do you mean to include the webman package download type links? That would be a good option for CFW wMM users for sure.

That would be doable, That option would be best off by default though, as users may want to reinstall apps or not like the app moving thier pkgs. Also we were planning to support subfolders in a future release, so we could have it so "Installed" is shared and comes up on the XMB menu too.

If only CFW can use the option, that would be fine for me :) Although it would be great if OFW users could have a way of download large packages in background using official XMB features (if you know how ofc).

Yes, it should be turned off by default... That's why I said a server *option*.

@aldostools Thank you.

We should be able to read the servers log to see what files have been downloaded then we can move them or put them in a different list.
We're working on adding support for subfolders and listing by signing type we could add "Installed" too.

The only way I know to use the background download is making a pdb and a file the size of the pkg. I had thought about making a pdb for each pkg and a blank dummy file then using rop to copy, rename the files and change the size of the dummy file to the pkg size. I don't know enough about rop to know if it could be done. I've wanted to do more testing with this for awhile.

It's gotta be the same problem the guys are having with it being flagged as a virus.
I'm thinking about taking the rap signing out for now. That should fix it and if anyone wants it they can add the other files to the bin folder.

A copy without the rap singing is uploaded now. The link is the same.

I test program . Ps one classic pkg ,ps2 ,ps3 show in list ok but when i click on rescan button make dublicate name in list and make rescan again and dublicate list again

I'm still working on the new list. I thought I had it clearing the list but must have turned it off.

Do you like the new view? Something else that we changed is the server status page.

I'll get an new test file uploaded. It was like I thought, I had it skipping clearing the list I uncommented the line and it looks good now.

Glad you like it. Other than myself I guess you're the first one to try it out.

Thanks for testing. Having more people testing and giving feedback saves us some time and helps finding little things we may miss. If this works out we'll keep doing it like this.

New test build with the list bug fixed.

This is for testing only and not a release, only use if you know what you're doing.

Well poo. I'll check it out I'm sure it's something silly I've done. I'm not around my computer now I'll try to get something today though.

Hi. I have here multiple cases of incorrect work PKG Linker
If you use certain PKG files, the application can not start.
This is usually old pkg, which were created by the old versions of tools
I would give you an example. But I can not post links.

If you re-sign, everything works. But what's the problem here?
