OK, then I think they are just corrupt. You need the unsplit version.

Hey i got a problem with connecting my PC to PS3. Everything is working fine until i try to visit link i got in package_link.xml. It's loading for awhile and then the error 80710092 is popping up. I'm on Windows 10, i installed package_list.pkg and then reboted, turned on HAN, downloaded the dll file, turned off WWW Publish Service, tried different pkg's and still it isn't working.

what kind of lan cable to use straight or cross?
I've tried with wifi router speed is bad

It's a straight lan cable. If anyone is wondering my ip is set to:
PKGLinker: 192.168.56.1
PS3: 192.168.56.3
Mask on both: 255.255.255.0
DNS on both: 8.8.8.8
EDIT: I will try with Windows 7 64bit on my laptop and see if it works

The PS3 has auto switching like all gigabit devices afaik, so any cable will do.

PS3: 192.168.56.3
Mask on both: 255.255.255.0
DNS on both: 8.8.8.8

Can you access your server via the webbrowser, try a pkg link? that error just means it cant connect, so can be anything. have you the same fake gateway on both too yeah?

Like i said earlier, fake gateway is the same on both. When i try to connect to pkg link it's loading for a while and then the error 80710092 is popping up on blank site

well you never mentioned the gateway IP, that is why I asked.. try changing port or using a different webserver like Xampp.

Yes, you cant have gateway the same as the PC, please see my pic in trouble shooting tab for a setup that works.

EDIT: the PKG Linker IP should be your PC IP, not different. Do not change the IP in the app unless you know what you are doing.

Start watch from 9:58. If i understand, this will help to increase speed with wi-fi connection.

He IS using a cable on ps3, see his ps3 settings page. Wifi on PC might be ok if its fast wifi, PS3 is slow wifi.

Not sure, try run it in a different place, not a long path, no spaces in folder name. also maybe try run as admin.

Update on my current state. MGS3 HD ripped from my CFW console works on PS3 Super Slim with HAN, Yakuza 5 works without rif file. Thanks for your help, i appreciate it.

People who have very natted ip address they will face this error : 80710092 ,
natted ip also = nat type 3 on ps,
to get less natted ip just contact ur isp but first make sure that ur ip is very natted
