PS3 PKG Linker v1.0: Scan & Serve PKGs to PS3 from PC (CFW & PS3Xploit HAN)

Hmm I thought this tool signed all the pkg files on the list automatically...
No, that option for resigning is only for the Package_List.pkg . It could be made to resign all, but we will have to think about that. I think most users will already have their pkgs signed.

Hi guys, did everything correct here, but I still get error 80029567.
As someone said early on the thread: I can see the pkg list, but when I try to install, the error appears.
I'm on windows 7 64 bits and apache server is running fine.
Please let me know if you find a workaround for this error 80710092. Been trying things from last few hours. No success.

Error meanings:
  • 404 error means a server is running on correct IP, but maybe link is bad, or win 10 users have to stop a service using port 80
  • 400 error means server is running, can be a port issue, port used by other app etc.
  • 80029576 Means HAN Enabler not ran, debug installer ran by mistake, or pkg not signed or corrupt.
  • 80710092 Server error, If I shut down my server I get this error.
  • 8071053D Unknown, possibly port problem, connection refused etc

I am running windows 10, turned the world wide web thing off. I opened port 80 in the firewall. After installing the .pkg on my superslim running 4.82 I get a list of the .pkg files I have. Upon pressing anything, refresh or any of the .pkgs I get "to use this youy need to download, do you want to download?" (something in those lines i don't have my ps3 set to English). I press "Yes". It prompts me to a screen saying "wait". I wait for a bit and then the 80710092 code comes up. I'm down to do any troubleshooting to have this fixed.
Did you found any solution for this?

Would be really nice, but I don't know if it would be that helpful since user would still need to generate rif files for every pkg.

As for my problem. I created a server for games on folder C:/ps1 but I got the error I mentioned before. Now I've created another folder in C:, but both folders are appearing on the list (even though I deleted the old installation and generated a new xml file.

I signed a single pkg for testing, but instead of getting error 80029567, I get HTTP error code: 404.
Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've even restarted my PC to be sure there weren't any server running on the background, but had no luck at all =/

Here's my package xml.

Error meanings:
  • 404 error means a server is running on correct IP, but maybe link is bad, or pkg does not exist etc.
  • 400 error means server is running, can be a port issue, port used by other app etc.
  • 80029576 Means the pkg is not passing signing checks, HAN Enabler not ran, or pkg not signed or corrupt.
  • 80710092 Unknown - Maybe server not running or running on wrong port.
  • 8071053D Unknown
Error 80710092 server running fine as i can the files in ps3 browser too. Port is also fine as i've already tried with another port as suggested earlier. So both of these situations are not true.

People having issues, For trouble shooting, try use xampp or another server to serve package folder. If you are getting the list on your PS3 then the app is working, and its a server issue most likely.

Just serve with something else, then run the app in that folder instead and select no to the option "use built in server". This will help narrow down problem

This will help out but can you explain this in little more detail? I'm going to be using xampp

Ok,

1. Install xampp, run it, click the top start button for apache, (make sure no other webservers are running first)
2. Put packages and pkg linker exe into the c:\xampp\htdocs folder
3. Run pkg linker, say no to using built in webserver.
4. Go to PS3 and run HAN Enabler and then try refresh list
5. If it downloads the new Package_list.pkg then Reboot , run HAN Enabler again and try install a pkg

best if you do this with pkgs that you 100% know work via USB, for testing.
