PS3 PKG Linker v1.0: Scan & Serve PKGs to PS3 from PC (CFW & PS3Xploit HAN)

hello i want to ask questions about resign
1. do you need to copy the act.dat and idps.hex to "bin" folder ?
2. do you need to resign the game pkg before run pkg linker or the Pkg linker itself will resign the game for you?

No idps or act.dat required. This will not touch your pkgs, your pkgs need to be working first.
 
I dont see world wide web in windows 10 and im having no luck getting it to download my list after installing the package.pkg.I guess i have to enter a ip adress or somthing on my ps3? Im not getting it.
 
I also having troubles on Windows 10... Just tried on Windows 8.1 and runs perfectly... According to what I am facing I guest is something related to the firewall permission of Apache Server... Try adding it to Firewall's behavior may be it works

The games I download are extracted. I was thinking about convert the extracted game using CFW2OFW, then repack the convert files using TrueAncestor PKG Repacker

Check server.cmd file inside app folder ApacheHTTPD_PHP_Portable folder, you will get the missing file. Download it and put it inside ApacheHTTPD_PHP_Portable folder
 
I have tried to make this work. I get to the absolute last step, which is installing the games, When it says it must be downloaded, i get an error 80710092 which ive heard is a DNS error, Ive tried fixing it using an open DNS or Google DNS, to no avail. Is there an alternative to getting +4GB PKG's on the PS3?

Its not DNS. Its just means no connection to the file host, so that can mean , server switched off, cable chewed by rats, water poured on router etc etc, if you read the thread there have been lots of solutions and info posted , maybe one will work for you.

There is no other way except to split the packages and use USB.
