Run a different server like xampp, then run the pkg linker in the c:\xampp\htdocs folder and say no to using built in server during pkg linker startup.

It could be a missing dll from your system that causes that error, don't know.

Guys my pkg linker isnt even opening the server anymore what should i do its not creating the pkg list file i hv deleted bin folder and reinstalled i think something is wrong with the ports

Cant help with that., if it was working it should stay working. port issue will not stop it creating pkg list, actually I have never seen it not create a pkg list.

Try Run as administrator. i Dont know if it will fix it, but i think it will cuz i got NET Framework error as well in pkg linker and when i open with run as administrator it works perfect.

Maybe one of your pkgs is corrupt and its crashing the app, no idea. You could try it with another server if it was just a server issue, so you could try say no to using built in server, see if that helps with creating list pkg.

Test with small working pkgs first to make sure this is set up correctly. I don think that error is related to PKG linker, your pkgs need to be working, this will not fix pkg errors.

I want to ask a question that when we download a pkg from psn or using pkg linker, where it is downloaded or in which folder it is downloaded on ps3 hdd and if we copy a pkg greater than 4 gb on that folder using the exploit will it work or not?

You were right.One of the pkgs was corrupt once i removed it the package list showed up

what are you trying to do? update the game or install it?
