PS3 PKG Linker v1.0: Scan & Serve PKGs to PS3 from PC (CFW & PS3Xploit HAN)

i have cable router->PC and routen->ps3 but now I can't connect with created server 192.168.0.11 (and 192.168.0.6 too) Error 80710092

in apache everything looks ok,
IP(ps3 and PC) is ok, DNS is ok Antyvirus is off....

PC:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : internet.domowy
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : xxxxxxxx
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.11
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0

PS3:

XAMPP will be helpfull but.... i have the same problem whats on WiFi.. time 80,100,300 min... error...

Not GB - MB but i can't change in upper post.

sounds like a network issue on your end, cant really help with that.

Make sure while testing that your firewall is off. Also make sure you have 192.168.0.11 in PKG Linker, create a new package_list.pkg and install that via USB. Then reboot.

If that does not work maybe you have a port conflict, try change the port:

[*]From the app folder go to bin\ApacheHTTPD_PHP_Portable\Data\conf then open httpd.conf with notepad++.
[*]Now go to line 52 it should read "Listen 80"
[*]change it to "Listen 8484" or some other unused port and save.
[*]next open open PKG Linker and in the ip box after your ip put :8484 (should look something like this 192.168.1.12:8484 ).
[*]Now under file click "save list pkg and xml" and start the server.
[*]Install Package_List.pkg via USB the first time after you make changes like this, port, IP, path etc.

Code: 
80710092 Host not reachable is a common error and can be anything so its a hard error to trace.
Possible causes of 80710092:
 -IPs configured wrong
 -Windows firewall
 -Other firewall or AntiVirus
 -Cable problem
 -Port blocked on server
 -Port conflict on server
 -Missing dll on system
 -Package_list not updated by usb since server settings changed
 -PS3 not rebooted since new package list loaded on


IMPORTANT THINGS TO TRY IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS CONNECTING:
 -Disable firewalls, inc windows firewall, defender, avast shield etc
 -Make sure the pkg linker app says your PCs current IP, it may have picked up wrong IP.
 -See if you can access server via ps3 web browser
 -Install fresh package list via usb everytime you change settings
 -Always reboot ps3 to see changes on XMB after loading a new list
 -Try changing ports
 -Try run other servers, see below for xampp instructions.
 -Read the entire pkg linker thread and try other peoples solutions
 -Google how to set up a web server and try learn about it

USING ANOTHER SERVER LIKE XAMPP (FOR EXAMPLE)
 -make sure no other webservers are running first
 -Install xampp, run it, click the top start button for apache
 -Put packages and pkg linker exe into the c:\xampp\htdocs folder
 -Run pkg linker, dont start the built in server
 -Go to PS3 and run HAN Enabler and then try refresh list
 -If it downloads the new Package_list.pkg then Reboot
 -Run HAN Enabler again and try install a pkg
 -Its best if you do this with pkgs that you 100% know work via USB, for testing.
 
thanks we make a small stap (with xampp) its download 6400mb - 1,5 hours.... i will try install and error 80029563 SH#T...
I must download it again or its in HDD PS3? Where I can find it?
 
hello guys
first i start like the video tutorial but i got problem with built server and then i try method 2 with xampp server, i've downlaod the game pkg and then ps3 goes automatic to install it and got (80029564) error i assume that is because i didnt run the HAN enabler, but how can i do it when ps3 goes immediately to install pkg after i download the pkg ?
pls help im lost

when you restart the console, enable han and when you run PKG linker it will automatically work, just enable it in the beginnig

Test with a small pkg that you know works before starting, until you are happy with the setup and your signing methods. I don't think you can get a second attempt at installing if your pkg is corrupt, if HAN is not enabled it will not even download with error 80029567 . So you must have had another problem with that one.

everything went good with downlaod and instalation, now i have (this content can be used if you renew the licence...), only this game need this licence, other work great
never mind was just a bad copy ;)

Hoa a todos .. NUEVAMENTE AYUDA Y DISCULPAS --- el relato es extenso pero es todo lo que hay que hacer para usar el rojo y el pkg_linker y no me funciona, cada computador es el mundo a parte

Activado o desactivado pkg_linker inicia servidor DOS se cierra inmediatamente el servidor igual es como si no reconociera PKG_LINKER ... él aquí mi duda me muestra la lista ... pero me dice que solo lo que soy desde USB WEBSERVER raíz
Poner la usb con package_list y intente nuevamente coloque ahora aumente pkg_link en la play segui con HAN ENABLER instale correctamente pero en el momento de ir a HANTOOLBOX ISNTALA EL JUEGO DESCARGA MEDIANTE WIFI NO COMO COMPARTIDO POR RED EMPIEZA EN 72 MINUTOS Y DESPUES DE 5 MINUTOS MUESTRA QUE SE REALIZARA 453 MINUTOS PARA TERMINAR

This should work to install any unsplit pkg. If the cheats are ofw compatible then they should work.

I had a probema with pkg_linker
when opening the window DOS server was closed continuously the .dll
file must be pasted both in the folder http / bin and app / php
without it not working solved PKG_linker..thanks for your effort to all ..
is the best what is there in terms of support :D

Awesome glad you got it.
I have a hard time translating on my phone but didn't want to leave you without trying to help.
 
assuming that your system is windows.

Windows will assign ip to the ps3 with lan cable 192.168.137.1, based on this configure your ps3.

IP: 192.168.137.2
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default router: 192.168.137.1
Primary DNS: 192.168.137.1

if you confugura a fixed ip in your PC everything will be better, example.

IP: 192.168.1.101
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Default router: it is usually 192.168.1.1, it is the same one with which they access the router to configure wifi password and others.
and DNS can use google 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.

If your pc connects via wifi you will need something additional.

We have one more step, even in connection properties, we have one more tab, shared use, activate the two tabs and press the configuration, in the configuration of the lower area we change the ports to 80, which is the one used by pkglinker and ready .

with this configuration, download in my ps3 farcry 4 with 10gb in less than 20 minutes

You are most likely using wifi, try use a different server like xampp, or ideally try to use cables, either through router or directly.

Traté de conectar el cable directamente desde la computadora a la ps3 pero la ps3 no pudo encontrar la dirección IP, voy a intentar con el xamp para ver qué sucede

You need to set manual IP address' , and skip test.
