Instead of every other app for POPSTARTER that just uses the actual file name of the game, making ART, CFG and CHT easy to use, you've made it extremely hard for NOOB's.
You say that because you haven't tried the "complete" app. It seems that you failed to read the note here:
https://www.psx-place.com/threads/popstarter-game-installer-for-opl.34243/
Here, read it:
I shared only a small percent of the app: less than a 10% of it. I only released the "Install game" button.
Here's a capture from the PSXtreme's Game Installer:
Do you see now how much you haven't seen?
And don't even come to me with "you're sharing bits of things, so don't complain about us complaining" because I certainly have never wanted to release anything incomplete. Do you know why did I released "POPStarter Game Installer for OPL" in that shape?
Sit down, here goes the story:
An user that goes by the name of Fanneste94 was having issues when adding games to the official OPL's app page.
At the time, there was no "quick and simple" method to do it, and so, after seeing for various days that him was having a hard time to do it, I decided to trim down and release a portion of "PSXtreme's Game Installer" to help him in that specific task.
and I said this very clear:
So, yeah... This is what I got for being helpful:
@P10God and
@mrjaredbeta complaining because of nonsense.
My app follows an standard which was set by OPL years before POPStarter was even a thing. The name of the file is not the display name and the name of the file should never be taken as the name that should be displayed. But, of course, it is better for lazy coders to go the easy way, and so, we got apps like "OPL Manager".
Wait a bit more, kiddos, the future will probe you all wrong. Keep in mind you're nowadays using lazy developed and quickly made tools created by devs which not pays attention to standards.
