He said already that is not posible unless someone finds a kernel exploit to run unsigned code
And from the collection of homebrew apps/games/emulators/backupmanagers that could potentially run on HAN... the backup managers are the most harder to make them work because uses multiple "hacks" that are not going to be available on HAN
So... if at some point someone finds a way to run unsigned code, the first apps that will work are going to be very simple... but not backup managers
Backup managers are at the end of the list of candidates to work on HAN... because its complexity
In other words... is imposible in short/medium term

I would not want to be heavy, but a method to make it work "multiman" or other programs, you should find it, I do not understand so much about this subject, but with the technology we have made great strides. And I think if I knew anything about these subjects, I would have easily solved them
This isn't an easy thing to learn. It took a long time for a team of very talented people to get it to the point that it is now with han.
I've been doing this kind of stuff for years and can tell you none of it is easy. Even if you have the tools, knowledge and time it's still a lot of work and even if you find something it takes a lot to do anything with it.

For you to do what you want you need to do the following:
1. Sell your superslim
2. Use the money to buy one on ebay (look up ps3 3.55 ofw)
2a. Make sure its listed as WORKING and not FOR PARTS
3. put cfw on it
4. install multiman
5. Profit!
This would be the EASIEST method for you to accomplish your goal.
You would easily solve the problem??
FYI "easy" is a word very seldom used to describe kernel exploitation... lol
You do not fully appreciate the complexity & the level of difficulty involved. You make this sound trivial, as if anyone could do it, when it's assuredly not the case.
As to the great strides in technology, more often than not, those are much more likely to hinder exploitation than help with it...
Running retail games without official update is likely to fall into the same category as running homebrews ie it will probably require kernel exploitation.For me im alredy satisfied/content with han..if i may wish for something is that a way to run a game with no updates required..coz the blue ray of my unit is dying on me..hoping someday..someday...
HAN is a npdrm exploit, PSN games are npdrm, so are game updates. However we have no means to convert retail files into npdrm files, for this reason games without updates will never be compatible with HAN.
As the retail format check done by the system does not suffer from the same vulnerability as the npdrm check, retail format cannot be exploited in the same manner. So far we haven't found any way to hack the retail format checks from userland.

No. That feature doesn't even exist on CFW for npdrm games afaik. You can use external gamedata with mounted games but not all games are compatible & performance is impacted.
Anyway trying to implement such a thing would require patching the kernel memory among other things, only a full jailbreak can allow that.
HAN is a userland toolset, it will never support such a feature.

Like the other guy asking the same questions about kernel...... I am not to technical LOL but if the Snes and Sega emulators are able to run using only HAN by creating a PS2 disk and dumping the roms and extra files and then converting it in a PKG and then signing it and installing it in OFW 4.82 with just HAN enabled (I am using a super slim [super cheap] ps3). I think in a similar way multiman or similar can be implemented making the ps3 loading it as a ps2 game file. this is just hypothetically speaking. i will like to know your opinion since you are a coder and I am just an every day user, but if you tell me its not possible i will not ask you the same question 3 or 5 times as it happened in this tread LOL

As a 4k PS3 owner i fell kinda jealous about cfw. But i am also reluctant to buy a refurbished machine because ps3s have such a small lifespan, along with the 360. That generation had the most problems.

they definitely cut corners when it comes to airflow. they opted more for a quieter console than a cooler one.

I have both a cfw ps3 and a han one, the cfw one was mine and the other one I got it as a gift. It's a 3k so I installed han and the hdd is bigger on that one so I'm installing my pkg's and ps2 discs via ps2 classics, at least those that work [emoji4]. And I must say, thank you so much ps3xploit team, you guys are awesome. You revived the ps3's, forget about e3 flashers and backup injection. Thanks again guys for your time and efforts.

I rather suggest you to just use ya Superslim just for online play and get an older PS3 model cuz the SS^^ suckz ass anywayz ^^ at least in my opinion BTW. HAN is not a full jailbreak, it still runs on OFW and its worthless to put it on a ps3, u cant do something cool with it the betterway is to install a Cobra ODE 
With u can play copys of your games onn hdd and need only one disc BUT 
u have to solder a connecter so maybe u consider hiring some one to do that all for you
Cobra ODE is the really only mod (that is worth) on a Super Slim bro

Do you even understand how much time and effort has been put to create such a Golden mod for superslim?
i mean superslim was there for years. and yet, there was no mod for it,

Since Cobra ODE was brought here, do you know if it's still possible to install Cobra ODE on a PS3 system? I read something about something having been patched on a lower FW which I don't remember which one was (maybe 4.6x?). But I read too, that people are still able to update the PS3 having Cobra ODE, so it still works on newer versions. My question about it, is if is still possible to install it on newer FWs. Do you know? I've been with this question for some time now... (for example, because I think it's the only OFW mod that allows multiMAN and homebrews to be run for some reason - and I hope HAN never gets that, because of the mod menus...)
