PSA - Fix issues with HEN

Guys make sure you have this set to off. It is fixing issues some have been having. It's in the HEN release thread but I guess some missed this part. It stops HEN from freezing for some users.

Also please leave your BD Drive empty, you'd get freezing on HEN init if DVD or BD movie inserted.

Also do this. A disc isn't needed unless ripping and it's a tiny bit less wear on your systems laser.

Love you bro, this fixed my freezes. I also never knew I had a DVD in my cousins PS3. It was from him, until I clicked the eject button and there it was my problem. Did the browser thing. NO MORE FREEZES, YES.
