Have you tried changing the region settings with the Debug menu using DEX menu type. Just activate the menu in Toolbox without changing TargetID for DEX (stay in CEX) then go to Debug menu in Settings xmb column . Change the region. It should hold when you go back to QA CEX type.
Worth a try anyway...

We need more info than this to help properly
Have you spoofed using using a previous version of SEN & updated SEN afterwards? What CFW were you on?
.
Without the full picture I would say reinstall your current CFW & your problem should be gone...
Afterwards you could update your CFW to avoid spoofing again.

i was on rebug 4.76 with 4.78 spoof enable using a SEN enabler 5.9.1...
then today, i updated to rebug 4.78, updated also SEN enabler to 5.9.2, then now im trying to disable spoof using SEN enabler 5.9.2 and at 79% it told me "error cannot disable spoof 0x30010009"...
itried to restore to default spoof and 9.99 spoof, it shows only "error 0x30010009"

Since you updated your cfw you don't need to unspoof!
Your system files have all been replaced when you updated so you are trying to undo something that doesn't exist anymore.....
Hence the error...

so it means SEN enabler files was replaced by files on 4.78 update? is this correct
and the reason why i cant disable spoof 4.78 is because im already on 4.78...

Yes basically the modifications made by SEN Enabler on your previous system files are gone as all system files have been replaced once you updated your CFW.

It's got nothing to do with the fact that you are now on 4.78. Reinstalling the same CFW or downgrading would also have the same effect & would get rid of any firmware spoofing previously applied.

another question sir, how can i enable/apply changes to let the epilepsy warning to show? i toggle it to enable but after restart, still no epilepsy warning...
before, on 4.76, epilepsy warning doesnt also show but after toggling to eneble and then apply sen enable, epilepsy warning shows...
 
I was in 4.76 Rebug, using the last version of the SEN, working amazing!, yesterday i try use them, but dont work anymore!, when i log in PSN the System freeze. I uninstall the spoof and disable the SEN to update the System for Rebug 4.78. But the problem persists, worse, when a start the program they out , i cant disable the SEN!, when i try uninstall a apk (anyone) freeze the System again!, i have installed the CFW again and restored the System but always is the same, Help me plz! (Sorry my english)

i'm still on rebug 4.76 with sen enabler spoof to 4.78, today or tomorrow i'll try to remove spoof and install rebug 4.78. [MENTION=22872]Junkenpo[/MENTION], did you check MD5 of ps3update.pup from 4.78 rebug before instalation? maybe you have some issues with the file you downloaded

Try: Enter ps3 recovery mode (How to access Playstation 3 SAFE MODE - PlayStation) and select the option "Rebuild database". The recovery process, emer_init.self, will mount dev_hdd0 for a short moment, Cobra core will detect that and it will delete boot_plugins.txt. Check that help you, if no then:

Download Rebug REX pup, place it in to correct folder, go to recovery (How to access Playstation 3 SAFE MODE - PlayStation). Disconnect internet, remove BD disc if you have any, and update from there. If still nothing, is probably hardware issue.

SEN's firmware version spoof doesn't stop you from updating the CFW & as all the modified system files are erased & replaced anyway.
Unspoofing before updating seems a waste of time.

In which system information do you have 4.75 instead of 4.78? In multiman or in the XMB settings column?
