*.zso is not like container in which inside is whole file compressed but compressed by each sector independently, plus small header on start of a file. Compressed disc image formats are designed to be streaming friendly. The other are *.cso, *.jso, *.dax and *.chd but PS2 is to weak to use them, so *.zso is so far the best choice on PS2 to use.
All OPL versions are on GitHub. And in this case, I agree, naming are total mess and highly misleading for end user. That's why I've renamed them in my repacks in AIO.
GitHub is today most valid source of today apps. So if available, then use it. Brewlogy is trustworthy too.
Could you tell me where is the OPL "alpha" (I don't know how it's called) version in GitHub? I can only found the latest OPL stable and beta versions there.
