I've logged several hours on online diablo 3, resident evil revelations 2, cod ghosts, and advanced warfare...I've synced trophies and i've played netflix/hulu, as well as youtube(nopsn) for several months now for over 8 hours at a time without a single ban, warning or issue.
I have logged into ghosts/advanced warfare, started my own private server and tested a few ccapi based rtm programs with rebug 4.70 a couple months ago, and once or twice in a room with other players but did not abuse it, and did not have any complaints or issues...

I've said it before, i'll say it again...FakePSN (wireshark/proxy) might actually work if we had someone meticulous on it. We'd also find exactly what sony was looking at/for.... just an idea...

Wow you are one luck so and so lol.

I bet others provably have done same steps as you and have been banned.

I also think those who don't cheat, hack, mod etc games online still get banned which is unfair tbh.

For years, I hear these easy ways that this and that can be spotted but all i can say my account has been safe. HONESTLY i think they are limited in what they can see and/or they do not even bother to look until there is something done out of the ordinary. I.E. modding cheating, disrespecting the network.

All i know is my original account is safe i do not have my IDPS spoofed or anything and i even got the email about the 3.41 dongle. Which that was spooted because of launching homebrew while on PSN back in those days when no one thought anything of that. Then a foreign title ID was logged.

I know most things you hear about PSN bans are incorrect, but sadly no one knows and will never know. I just know many things said i have personally debunked.

I personally don't consider caps as shouting :) I always thought that notion of Caps as shouting was stupid to say the least :) .. Never agreed with that assessment :) .

So if you see caps from me that does not mean i am shouting. One can not shout with text IMHO.. However If one could shout with text i would consider

THIS TO BE SHOUTING.

Thanks for the clarification.

In all honesty I have seen some rude people on here with that person above you who posted.

Mind you I just ignore such people they arent worth the time of day.

Well overall people are very nice and helpful here and that is the environment we try and create.

I can clarify that personal. While Last of Us looks a bit better gfx wise it is highly buggy over the PS3 varaint and really can see much difference Resident Evil ReBith.

piss poor remasters and no true BC has really turned me against PS4, like I said once it's hacked then maybe other than no :p

I was interested in the dq slime ps4, but considering I never played my ps3, I doubt I'll ever buy a ps4. there r a lot of interesting titles coming up, but I figured I wouldn't play them. I've mostly been gaming on the wii-u when it comes to platformers and the 3ds and vita when it comes to rpgs. I've been going through the Mario games recently. I finally got 242 stars in Galaxy 1/2, and I'm currently going through Super Mario 64 on the wii-u. my god the controls and the camera r atrocious in that game. :p

only one that really interested me was Dark Knight, which I believe could have just as easily been a PS3 title, classic Nintendo (mainly Mario) is one of my passions :)

yeah, I became a bit jaded with the ps3 scene or any scene. before that, I did stuff for myself, played the games I wanted, and I enjoyed myself. I was/am very disappointed with the ps3 scene. coming from the content sites, it was always up to me to figure out things for people. maybe it would've been different if I had started on the scener sites. however, I wish I hadn't bought the system actually. I bought the wii-u for me. I'm a big fan of mario kart, so I bought the system after that buy mario kart 8 and get another game thing. I bought the wind waker bundle, so I got that. I bought mario kart 8 which in turn got me new super mario bros. u. I've bought every game digitally to show support for Nintendo. I don't care about sony or microsoft due to both scenes. that's y I've gone back to doing things for me, not for anyone else. I started the "hacking" scene by using a pair of plyers to remove those two taps in the Super Nintendo to allow Japanese games in my Super Nintendo. I'm a purist at most with that. I won't buy a flash cart for that. I want the actual carts. maybe I'm just retro, because the past seems so much better. I don't have the time to play involved games, so I go with what's fun, difficult, and doesn't take a lot of time. that's y rpgs r on the portable for me. with a baby on the way, I don't know how anyone could have the time. :-/
 
Consoles to me have become more like handicapped disposable PCs than ever before, and with PC (hopefully) being on the rise with more games coming over, I want to make PC gaming my only gaming machine after the PS3, especially when most of the titles I want to play are already on the PC or is coming out for the PC, and it is easier to "arr-ye-matey" the games before buying them haha.
 
Banned two years ago forgot I was on gameDATA while I was downloading my dlc's on my PS3 tried spoofing with new ID's close as I got is the screen going black in the PSN store.. Tried the new username and everything never worked.. so from what Ive seen the different console ID's are bogus
