Found some references of how to create and encrypt config file, but I'm not sure if a config can be included with the pkg, seems like PS2 Classic GUI ignore additional files and there is no mention of a config file anywhere.

i found that the ps2 classics emulator that comes with 3k + models (ps2_netemu.self) support the config file, using it with the iso image on cfw, but essentially is the same core for emulation and thought there was an option for doing with the pkg

Download TrueAncestorPKG from @Sakimotor link, then in then inside there is a ZIP called ps3tools.zip, extract and install PS3 Tools, then go to the installation folder called RAPS, and then you have it.

I got mine from that.

In some spanish forum found some reference of files and folders structure inside ps2 classics pkg`s:

PIC1.PNG
PIC2.PNG

The CONFIG file resides besides ISO.BIN.EDAT and ISO.BIN.ENC, PS2 classics GUI has a similar folder structure that is copied when building the pkg, but it seems to ignore additional files, building a pkg manually could work, not sure how tough.

Debut PKG Enabler has activated it and the same error, I do not know which is problem, drag the file. pkg to PS3xploit-resigner-1.3.0 this shows me a window where it asks me: "Is this pkg type psp minis or psx? if so, type" yes "(without quotes) otherwise type anything else". I press any key. it generates a new file, that file I move it to the pendrive, initiation have enabler and debut pkg, everything is fine until then, I am directed to install the pkg and shows that error

I checked it again, the issue with the black screen on PSX games is not because a signing problem, it's due to region problems, you need to have your .bin (PSX game) and use patch-it (http://www.theisozone.com/downloads/playstation/tools/ps1-region-boot-patcher-ntscpal/) according to your region, mine is NTSC / USA, and then follow @Sakimotor steps and you'll be fine, thanks to @habib and @Sakimotor for their support.

Extract the iso so it gives you a structure with something like that (usually it'inside the PS3_GAME folder) :

Open Param SFO with this tool : http://www.psx-place.com/threads/param-sfo-editor-by-aldostools.320/
Rename the "PS3_GAME" folder with your TitleID

Now copy instal this tool : http://www.psx-place.com/threads/trueancestor-pkg-repacker-v2-45-by-jjkkyu.10067/

Copy your game to the "game" folder

Launch the repacker, choose "fast pkg"

Get your pkg in the "pkg" folder

Install it.

I have a problem with some games with this method. For some games there happens something strange. I installed the game (everything works just fine to this point) and to get it to work I need to install a update for this game of course but after I installed the patch the game disappears from xmb.
