doesn't find the encrypted game most prob cuz you didn't change the name of the encrypted one to ISO.BIN.ENC
 
I can do all of these steps, encrypt, make pkg,, install to ps3 but, when I start the game, tv says no signal, and I have to restart ps3

Try this
Move the whole program folder to the root of your HDD
Open PS2classics GUI (don't touch anything yet, if you don't set yet an output path set one in the Options)
Drag and drop your ISO to the GUI, after that press the Encrypt button
Wait until the encryption ends and press "Yes" in the LIMG prompt
Then it should ask you if you want to create a PKG, replace the images if you want then press yes and wait until the process ends.
Your pkg should be done, only remains resign the PKG and install the resigned one

I Encrypt my backups In this way and everything runs well in my 3k model

So I grabbed my copy of greatest hits battlefront 2 and managed to back it up on my computer, throw in some mods, found the super obscure config file for it, packed it and she runs on my super slim ofw. However, Im unable to connect to the internet/ create the network data file on the internal memcard for ps2's online. There is something with the emulator on the slim that seems to not pick up any adapter; even with the network bootup ps2 app/disc that I cant figure out. Is there something Im missing to connect/use the network adapter feature?

I don't think you can just emulate ps2's connection adapter, neither play ps2 games online for 2 mayor reasons, one you are emulating the damn thing xD and two, ps2 online servers are dead/removed since like the ps3 launch or something like that xD

Yes, it is. Is missing network support in PS2 emulator on PS3. Also HDD, buzz, usb (all!) is missing. There is nothing you can do about this, and like mentioned above PS2 servers are closed long time ago.
 
I finally fixed all my problem as I can't install psp converted games on ps3 which showing 80029563 error. It is all because of windows language settings. As my windows 7 is using another language than English, it will failed all the time after converted. I changed the location to the US and the language to English, it solved all problems.

I knew I was not wrong about all the process I have done. Please reminder others if they facing the same issue. Thanks for all helping from you guys.
 
I've got error message (80010007) while starting games in my PS3.I download game package from website and I have done correctly like in YouTube video.
Please help ! I want to play this game so much!

I think it's not about pkg, I do these steps, get the pkg, sign, install to ps3, I can see ps2 classics background, when I turn the game on, black screen appears for 5 seconds maybe, and no signal from tv, have to restart ps3.
I wasted so much time, on this, and still does not work.

try download an official PS2 Classic

After some searching I found out it is an emu issue and theres nothing that can be done.

BUT there is DNS hosting servers including how to set up your own which can have mods as well and is playable through an emulator on pc (or xlink kai for a spoofed lan connection with friends) which I wanted to play across emulated crossplatforms.

Have you tried used other tv/monitor?
Instead using reset video method, try setting video configuration (assuming you are using HDMI) in automatic. I did this when switch my old monitor, in the new one PS1 games didn't worked and doing that fixed it
