PS3 HAN [TUTORIAL] Convert PSX/PS2/PSP Games for PS3Xploit 3.0 HAN

Need help to conver a ps2 iso to a pkg, i have a ps3 whit ofw 4.82 and ps3xploit whit han but for now my problem is in my pc when i try to make a pkg the program stop working, i see a few videos on internet of how to make them but is always the same and always get the same problem and i already try whit a few games and still have this issue

Could you lend us some screenshots/logs ?

If you open the pkg maker with cmd you can see the logs even after it's done
 
Already do the pkg in another computer but the game seems not work well or is my ps3? I play some minutes and after that the screen twinkle fast 2 or 3 times and after that the game got stucked and the ps3 too

First time poster.

First of all I would like to thank everybody that contributes to this amazing site. You do a great job.

Second... I have a doubt. Im trying to install some PS2 backups on my PS3 Super Slim with Han after having sucess with PS3 and PS1 games.

I first installed WWE Smackdown Here Comes the Pain following the instructions provided in the first post (with the exception of installing the Placeholder), and everything worked out fine. The game showed in my XMB and ran decently (without the Placeholder) despite some normal emulation glitches.

Then I tried to install another game (Silent Hill 2) and the problems started. I did exactly the same (Decrypt ISO, edit pictures and name, create PKG, resign, etc) and when I finished the installation process on the PS3 side i didn't have the icon to the new game like usual. Only the first one I'd previously installed with success.

Just to make everything clear I tried to load the WWE Smackdown game which still had the correct pictures and title but now it doesn't work properly. The second Game (Silent Hill 2) has overwriten the first one. I can now play Silent Hill despite the wrong cover and title on the XMB but no longer the WWE game.

I've read this topic a few times and I've heard this is a recurring problem with some posters but I could never figured what causes this and a clear solution to the problem.

Three questions...

What am I doing wrong? What does the Ps2 Placeholder exactly do in Han? Is it possible to install more than 1 converted PS2 game (not classics) game with this method?

Hello I am facing a problem trying to convert Digimon Re:Digitize with English patch. The game runs without problem, but I can't save.

Tried editing MINI2.txt, save fiz etc. The compatibility list says it's a playable game but warns "make your own eboot.pbp". I have no idea how to do this or make the game save.

I install some ps2 games whit ps2 classics gui, encrypt the iso, make a pkg and install all normal haha but when i do the same whit the game hack gu rebirth, start the game normal and when i'm moving the character after some minutes the screen twink a few times very fast and the screen freeze after that. There are a way to fix it or install the game in another way to run better?
 
I'm having a problem. I cant figure out for the life of me whats going wrong.
So I open up ps2classic gui 2.1. exe and everything looks normal. I have no spaces in either ISO or the actual exe's directory folders as I know spaces make it go funny. I then click on the extract tab and click Open Image. When I load my PS2 ISO (doesn't matter which one it does it to all of them) the program hangs then crashes completely during the loading process.

I know its working as I was able to use it earlier to convert VME files (despite the outdated cygwin1.dll, Im on Win10) but it doesnt like loading up ISO files to encrypt
 
Need help on ps2 classic the simpsons hit and run. i rip the file from disc, encrypt it make pkg, signed it put on usb but it won't let me install. can someone tell me why? Work with red dead revolver Thanks in advance.
 
First of all I must thank you for your effort here ...
yet I have an urgent question, is there any way to make it work without idps.bin & act.dat files?

Because I may need to install the same game to another console later.
So, if it won't work without those files, then i should keep the unresigned PKG files, and resign them to the other console with it's own idps.bin & act.dat files, will that be the case???

Yes, you would have to use the other console's idps?bin & act.dat files

Your pkg is prob corrupted, try again.
