PS3 Update: Sony backtracks and announces PS3 and Vita Stores to remain open!

Some people simply want to know what does my tool does. Some people use proxies and breached databases to get accounts. That is not my intention. Let's put it this way ms word you can write threats.....is it illegal the soft? The same prinicipal applies here
LOL, so people are paying you over $1 million to just have a look at the tool. hahaahahaaha, you know exactly what it is being used for and it is used for hacking account information.

so this is bullshit:
Neither do I sell tools to HACK a user.

and this is bullshit
I have no intention in selling the tool to hack user accounts.

You really must think we are born yesterday :D

You are like guy selling gun to a criminal and saying, "I thought he just wanted to have a look at the gun, not shoot people, I have nothing to do with shooting people" :-P

Let's make it simple. Are you still buying more games from psn store for ps3?

Only PS4, I doubt the people who pay you want to hack user accounts for PS3 games, I would say they want to hack accounts to get access to PS4 and PS5 games to sell.

Anyway you already admitted to knowing over 1 million user accounts have been hacked when you told us you made over 1 million from it. So not sure how you can turn around now and say its not about hacking user accounts. You already admitted it months ago ;)

now that I'm a millionaire I don't care...... At this point I can safely say in last 8 months ATLEAST million accounts have been hacked

So I guess we should thank you for it cos you only did it to keep the community clean lol :D
I'm doing to keep community clean

Funny (un)related note: some months ago, some random/unknown person contacted me asking me to reverse the oauth.sprx to get the consoleToken stuff, and offered me.....
...
..... $400 ....... hahahahah yeah right

honestly, I do homebrew development for free, but do you think I'm a child that was born yesterday? I'm not a fool and I knew that anyone who was asking for such things was trying to do nasty stuff ...

Anyways, I didn't even reply to such message, but it seems that the CSLA issue was already known and going in the undergrounds

(I might look like a fool, act like a fool, and talk like a fool, but I'm not a fool)

I do reverse and I do work on hackerone. The whole point is my tool will never be able to give you anything. It's purely for pentesting. And I have handed over info to Sony so I'm in the clear. I never cracked, never sold any database. Purely what I did was reversing and selling to Sony. The tool you are looking at, the exploits are virtualized.

I simply had my own vsh modified such that i bypassed ssl checks and hooked on couple functions and proxied requests over to my Pc. Some info was later than reversed from multiple prx and kernel. This info was sold to Sony. The actual exploit was never leaked. If you still think I did wrong by kinda....helping user out with their privacy. You can say I'm wrong but in my eyes selling this to Sony helped your privacy. I won't comment any further on this.

I did make HEN which in 7 years no one did. If some of you still look me in bad light....can't say much can I

So "Habib PSN cracker VIP premium" is just for testing. :D

The simple fact is, if you really wanted to just "keep community clean" you would not have sold the exploit to a bunch of criminals, it's very obvious the only reason you shared the exploit with Sony is try cover yourself legally after the fact..

I guess if new PS Store purchases are no longer possible from July 2nd, there is a good chance that new accounts will not be able to activate consoles for games anymore?

So if you have a fresh console on HEN, or are considering installing HEN soon it would be best if you at least get it activated before July 2nd.

There probably will be some tool released that allows users to create act.dat on HEN, but if you have the opportunity to activate it now you might as well do it while you can ;)

Are you able to get the PSN packets and decrypt it? This could save the online PS3 gaming when S0ny ends PSN support on PS3... Bypassing the SSL and get the packets "clean" on proxy is the most important thing...

Very sad, i had decided to buy a ps3 next year & jaibreak it, in order to activate pkg based games with rap files my console should be set as primary console which can only be done via signing into psn and then activating the console as primary, this will not be possible as psn is closing down.
Will there be a workaround to this through which i can activate my console as primary in order to activate pkg based games with rap files without the need of signing into psn.

It seems as though for now, PSN login will be kept on PS3 (for activating system and handling the CMOS battery issue). But as you say, if one have a system one wants to activate, better do it asap just to be sure.

Wow, Sony have backtracked and announced that the PS3 and Vita stores will remain up. Good news

https://www.theverge.com/2021/4/19/...ta-stores-open-backtrack-psp-july-2nd-mistake

that's good news to hear!

if the original shutdown was security related, I think that we might see some new firmware release for the ps3/vita. (they might have decided to invest some development time into updating the PS3/vita firmware so it can handle an updated PS-store protocol )
