(SEE UPDATE x2 v4.81.01 + 4.81.02 ) Original Article: 04.80.00: Developer @deank has brought his popular backup manager up to date with the release of multiMAN v04.81.00 . In this release the developer has added of course 4.81 CFW support for what appears only on CEX CFW at this time, but Stealth (aka StealthMAN) user will see an update supporting 4.81 CEX. This is a feature rich and popular backup manager that now has full 4.81 (CEX) Support . Additional releases for the PS3 firmware update of 4.81 can be seen here in our forums.


(4.81.01): deank has released the latest version that gives full DEX support to the backup manager. Update 2 (4.81.02) developer @deank has released a new update providing a fix for a reported issue that addressed a problem with nethost/netiso feature on DEX Custom Firmwares​

  mM 04.81.02 was released when I removed the link for the test version and is available within mM as always (or from the web column) Also sacd-ripper.pkg is updated to support DEX 4.80
  
  

  This SACD Ripper is compiled with support from 3.55 up to 4.81. It doesn't require keys on usb stick and hopefully the extracted modules will work on all firmwares. Let me know if someone tests it.

Question:
what is Set multiMAN Priority ON/OFF ?

Priority On makes multiman show on the games tab, directly under the disc icon regardless of folders / sorting options etc.
Priority Off makes it a normal shortcut again which can be hidden away in a custom folder.

Handy if you don't use webman I guess, makes it too easy to accidentally load while on PSN for me personally.
Choice is king however.

For a long time I have a question that I didnt know where to ask, so will ask here. COK-001 and COK-002 motherboards has temperature monitoring chip on south bridge (AD51, similar used on Cell and RSX) so maybe there is a way to show south bridge temperature on multiMAN for these motherboards ?

SACD won't be mounted on DEBUG VSH on 4.XX I'm not sure about 3.55

swap your vsh to retail then it should show. by the way I can compile SACD Ripper too

I will go back to rebug 4.81.2 and try that now cheers

I am not able to dump the HyperVisor (LV1) through "mm" (not mmCM, here it is only possible to dump: the whole Flash-Nor).
It freezes every time. ...--> Requires "Restore PS3 System" & so on...

Ok. Firstly.
On mmCM, you can't dump the LV1 & LV2. On mmCM, you can only dump the whole NOR.

Secondly. :::::::::::switch from "mmCM" to "mm":::::::::::
And yes, in the past it was of course possible to dump all (LV1, LV2 & NOR) on "mm".
AFAIK e.g. on: REBUG 4.46 CFW (also REBUG 4.55 CFW).

I guess you meant 4.65, I think the issue could be caused by changes of PS3MAPI, Probably for some reason it's blocking multiMAN to peak lv1 and lv2.

If you can find out when the issue was started it'd be very helpful. Like testing cobra 7.1,7.2,7.3 and 7.31
