thats what i do. only servers blocked message and no klic.log. im on 1.43.11 lite and habib 4.75 cobra beta 4

maybe something is blockin commands cause when i save settings then click to restart, ps3 doesnt restart. strange. maybe [MENTION=89]aldostools[/MENTION] can help

I do not think that LITE version supports "WM_REQUEST"....you must use webMAN MOD non-LITE versionn

Hmmm.... the more i think about that combo stuff the more i guess a fully customiseable combo-plugin all other plugins (like webMAN, PSNPatch, POC etc) can use could be a good idea !?
To bad i don't have the skills to realize such a project.

In fact, why don't you create a new thread?
If your idea is sound, others might pick up on it & develop it. If not sound, you will probably know why..

I seem to be missing it using my mobile browser. Or if 1.43.11 is the latest that link would be nice as well or at least which post it can be found please folks.

h**p://aldostools.org/temp/test/wm_vsh_menu.rar is the address [MENTION=89]aldostools[/MENTION] uses to make available the main binaries of the latest test build. For testers.

http://aldostools.org/temp/test/webftp_server.sprx is the latest webMAN-MOD test build binary.


http://aldostools.org/temp/test/webMAN_MOD_1.43.11_Updater.pkg as far as I know is the latest test release of the updater.

http://aldostools.org/temp/test/webMAN_MOD_1.43.11.rar links to the latest test build source.

You can use the same syntax for future builds. These links are updated as required by [MENTION=89]aldostools[/MENTION], sometimes several times a day.

They are not intended for release & should not be distributed as such.
Remember they are WIP.

Can you explain what your customisable plugin would do?
In fact, why don't you create a new thread?
If your idea is sound, others might pick up on it & develop it. If not sound, you will probably know why..

I asked myself what will happen when 2 or more plugins use the same combo(s) so user faces some kind of a combo collision !

One possible solution to avoid this situation might be that a developer checks all already released plugins for used combos and avoid to use these in his own project.
I guess (and hope) that's how it is at the moment.

Another solution might be the suggested "customiseable combo plugin" i've explained in detail HERE

Cobra toggler is already there for ages... but the option is a bit hidden... press START go to FTP Server option and press LEFT/RIGHT until you find the option

As can be seen in the URI, the files are under "/temp/test/". That means that the files are temporary and could be deleted at any time without any notice (so it's better that don't link them).
"/test/" means what you said: "They are not intended for release & should not be distributed as such."

BTW all the test files were updated with the final build 1.43.11. So expect a public release from matsu soon.

Is the custom combo editable within wMM-settings in the upcoming release ?
Would be more comfortable than editing "wm_custom_combo" via ftp... especially if you've no pc around.
And this way i could quickly check out in settings which custom command is actually in use in case i forget about what i had edtited it a few weeks ago.

Will the "wm_custom_combo" be overwritten with default when i update wMM ?

1. TBH the edtion of the custom combo was not planned to be in /setup.ps3, but now it is.

2. The updater creates wm_custom_combo but does not replace it if the file exists.

I have issue with the Screenshots option...
When I'm on My channels in TV/Video Services column, if I try to do one Screenshots the PS3 goes freeze.

I also tried to unload VSH Menu and use webMAN combo but the result is the same.
They have to force a shutdown (pressing the power button) and restore file system after restart

I tried with 1.43.10 and 1.43.11 latest test build, before the final version released now (I have yet to try)

I just tested capturing the XMB with the cursor on TV column and unloading VSH Menu it didn't freeze in none of the cases.

Sometimes restoring file system and rebuilding the database fixes some random freezes.

Also check what other plugins you are running in background... I only had wMM 1.43.11 (latest build) and VSH Menu for webMAN 0.9 (latest build)

Re-definition of the 12 combos is now public ??... [MENTION=89]aldostools[/MENTION] stated that it isn't !?
And not mentioned auto-disable-syscall feature is because lack of time ?

Oh...One thing i forgot to ask: When i use the command for uninstalling wMM does it uninstall VSH-menu as well ?
And another idea for simplifying uninstalling: How about pressing an uninstall-hotkey when wMM-updater is executed... just like when i want to install wMM+VSH menu.

Ok I got the issue too... but with "PlayStation®Store" segment under Games column. I don't have "My Channels" in TV/Video column (but they're the same kind of icons).

The issue also occurs with littlebalup's VSH Menu...

I guess it should be some issue with the memory containers when "My Channels" is loaded... for the moment my suggestion is don't use the screen capture in these segments.

I had this issue about 2 years ago, It would freeze when sitting on that menu. (obviously not a VSH menu back then) but just sitting on it would make it freeze. This was before plugins and all that. However i do not have the issue now (will have to test with VSH menu)
