Yes, I am an UX Designer and I have to threat all users as idiots in my job. Did you know that?![]()
I understand where you want to get... butAre you sure that you want to enable the syscalls that you said that you want enabled by entering to System Update?
If you are sure, are you sure that you are sure ?
I understand where you want to get... but
For me it makes sense to only restore syscalls when the PSN is disabled or autodisconnected to avoid bans. I'm thinking as a designer here, so newcomers won't mess up.
Anyway, that's why I won't enable the toggle of this feature because sometimes humans can be dumbs even if you are a poweruser.
EDIT: It's the same thing as the security system of some cars, the car won't turn on or will beep if you seatbelt is not fasten.
Good to know the risks and the possibilities. Thanks aldo!EDIT:
BTW webMAN polls the system calls and auto-disable the Sign In to PSN if it detects that the syscalls are enabled.
But if the user enable the syscalls still connected to PSN, this secutiry measure is pointless.
Also the polling may not be fast enough under certain scenarios. The disable of the Sign In to PSN would have to be done directly in Cobra payload for a proper implementation.
@aldostools, please, If possible, leave this as an option on a next update. HAHAHAHAHAHA''Or do a "restore button" for HEN users (I know it's not that simple, I guess)
I'm back to previous version, unfortunately I didn't adapt well to the new function. It's really boring to reboot the PS3 every time I use PSN and want to change a game.![]()
try updating webman. if that does not help, try the other things in this post.i dont know specifically if its a hen issue or a wmm issue when both are enbled when i load minecraft game stays with a gray overlay and game doesnt accept any inputs all i can do is quit game by holding ps button, with hen off it correctly shows the message saying i need a psn account then goes awayand i can play the game normally

You are trying to use a Windows version of ps3netsrv on Linux with Wine?
Dedicated Linux files are available, check aldostools github repo:
https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD
In the _Projects_ folder, you will find the ps3netsrv precompiled Linux x86-64 binary (v1.47.27 iirc which I assume should work on Mint) or, if you prefer, the latest ps3netsrv source files with appropriate Makefile for Linux & even a Make.sh to automate the build, all ready for you to compile.
There is also a docker container for linux
https://hub.docker.com/r/shawly/ps3netsrv
Is there a shortcut for Slaunch?
I didn't even know slaunch was a thing till earlier, the cat sat on my second controller and when i looked up slaunch was activated. But so far, the only way I can find to activate it is webman games>webman setup>slaunch, I cannae find a hotkey or anything or a way of setting it to be easily accesible
(Would love to know how the cat did it)

Ask to the cat!
L2+R2 or keep pressing START for a few seconds.
For VSH Menu keep pressing SELECT for a few seconds.
They will appear only if they are checked in the shortcuts section of /setup.ps3

@aldostools where does webMAN MOD store settings? I want to reset the IDPS settings to original, but I didn't find it.
nvm, I found it. But there is a problem, it's loading part of PSID on IDPS and also, part of IDPS on PSID on sman.
Sorry, I'm just becoming mad... I hadn't noticed before that the last 4 digits of my IDPS and PSID are the same.
Yeah, I was just editing the screenshots when I noticed the problem. ThanksThe all settings, including the PSID & IDPS, are stored in /dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_config.bin
For your comments I guess you found the issue. Anyway when reporting an issue, please include a screenshot; it usually helps.
