    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

Really nice! I never thought about that, because it's SPI. I know pull up resistors for I²C, but normally SPI doesn't need them. But of course, the interface is only "like" SPI, it is not SPI. I will make a hardware update soon, but for now I don't have time for doing this. But it's good to...

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

If you are NOT in a homebrew application, the Memory Card bus crashs after inserting an SD card. I don't know if that affects the other port too, but maybe. Start OPL and then remove the card, then reinsert the SD card.

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

Short Answer: No, only Prototypes for Developer. Long Answer: I can't print the cases on the printer for the prototypes. Most supplier for 3D printed parts want 20 EUR or more for one case, even for a large quantity. That's more than the targeted selling price! I found a cheaper one and...

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

That's all: slot and resistor. As you have seen in 2.4.3: "The minimum required components are R10 (47 Ω) and CN20 respectively CN30." That's wring, it must be a resistor with about 50 Ohm. The capacitor on the MX4SIO board is only for power supply improvement. That's the reason why I am...

Looks ... interesting :D But it's creative, nice work.

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

It seems you have a SCPH-750xx or later. It's a know issue with the Deckard models. The resistor is a pull-down for the ACK pin (8). The ACK pin must be low after a transmission to tell the console, that the transmission was okay. With this resistor it's okay everytime, even _before_ the...

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

Yes, bit it is depending on the case (and its thickness) you will use. With the thickness of the original case, you need 1.00 mm and with a thickness of 0.3 mm (I used for the custom case) you can use a board thickness of 1.55 mm. If you want to print a case with a greater wall thickness, you...

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

First prototype (02-005-0): 1.00 mm Second prototype (02-002-3): 1.55 mm The recommended thicknes is documented in the package. The ZIP package for the first version (09-001-1) ist linked in the first post, the second (09-002-0) isn't.

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

It only works with Slot 1 ;) You can find all (?) downloads on this (german) site: MX4SIO (DE)

Thanks for your feedback. One of the first prototypes got lost for months, that's why I asked.

@Maximus32 : Did you receive the new prototype?

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

You don't need a PC, it's only for debug information. That will be the reason, I think. The compatibility seems to be around 50% or less.

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

I can't see a connection of the second side of the resistors. They have to be connected to ground. And maybe your SD card is incompatible.

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

It is, because there are only two electrical differences in the hardware. Now there is - a slot for big SD cards so you can use big SD cards and micorSD cards. You can "only" use microSD cards, but this is nothing outdated. - a transistor for detecting if there is a card inserted. This feature...

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

    Brown-black-brown gold -> 101 and 5% = 100 Ohm, you need 47 Ohm (470 and 5% -> yellow, purple, black, gold).
