Description: plugin for locking power switch.

- Added bar for showing current state.
- If you lock the power switch in first location, it will be locked in second location.

- Fixed bug with freezing when selected 'SHUTDOWN DEVICE' or 'SUSPEND DEVICE' in VSH MENU and plugin in lock mode.
Using:
- Default combination: R + Start
- You can edit combination in power_locker.ini
