Custom Firmware developer HABIB is back again with a new update to his 4.70 HABIB COBRA v7.10 (CEX) CFW with the release of v1.01. how can i activate the cobra mode

in this cfw cobra is always activated...

 

im having trouble installing .
im a new user to the jailbreaking scene,
but it seems when i get to installing it ..
it goes thru the copying update screen , then comes up to another screen that says checking for update data .
then it hits me with the : " The data is corrupted. (8002F165) "
& im not pretty sure what to do ,
i followed all steps correctly .

What is your current firmware? To install this you need to be on 3.55 Official $ony firmware or on any custom firmware. If you are not, you need to downgrade your console, if is compatibile model.

no you can not, you can't use any CFW as your system is not downgradable

1> yes and the latest in mmCM mode (and some normal mode)
2> yes you can (I have ManaGunz on my system)

in this cfw cobra is always activated...

it can be deactivated if needed

I have problems connecting to PSN Store.
I can acces it through games and also login through XMB, but as soon as I want to start the store from XMB it returns to it shortly after the loading screen.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Now the only problem left is the PS2 controller bug I can't seem to fix.
I allready tried the classic method with Rebug launcher, games start, but no controller connection. Or, after data restore, PS3 shuts down when launching game.

Should enable ps2 classics [select + L2 + /\] before launching the game and should connect the cable till game main menü and then unplug it...it must found the ps3...qiut game and mount ps2iso via webman and start it with ps2 placeholder...

 

ok, here exactly what I did:
1. enable PS2 classic
2. set multiman to cfw mode
3. mount PS2 classic
4. start PS2 classic launcher
result: PS3 shuts down

Before I restored Data I could at least start the games (without controller connection), but now everything seems to be messed up

 

First you need make the sync with an encrypted iso...so ISO.BIN.ENC in the dev_hdd0/game/PSU1000/USRDIR...
