PS3 firmware supports languages ID from 00 up to 19 (so a total of 20 languages, and turkish was the last)
Look at the language codes in the table i made in post #150

What you should do is to take a read at the translation submitted by mr_ota, and try to see if you find some word or sentence that looks to you a bit "auuuch"
The goal is to create a "spanish neutral" translation to cover all spanish variants worldwide, we was talking about it in previous pages of the thread
To compare both spanish translations (yours VS mr_ota) use a text editor that allows you to read both translations in a dual view mode side by side (the compare plugin of notepad++ , or winmerge)
Most probably mr_ota translation looks to you "neutral spanish" so instead of uploading the whole file with your corrections, is better to post the sentences here in the forum, and quote the nickname of @mr_ota to discuss your proposed changes
---------------------
Otherway... if you want to submit a spanish translation for a specific country (using local words, or local sentence constructions) you can do it, but the only way to include it in PS3 firmware is by using the ID of "neutral spanish"... and this should not be included in the standard releases of the toolbox
Lets say... incase of doing this it can be considered a "mod"
The same happens with any other language not covered by the 20 supported by official PS3 firmware... you can do it but you will need to take the ID of other language
