PS3 My fat CECHE01 gave me a YLOD but it is working fine right after

@sandungas ,
How does one know or troubleshoot,if the cell is a cause of random shut down? It seems to be intermentant but i'm still not fully sold on that statement either.
As i have a NTSC-J CECHA01 having similar issues.

I've done the worx, Delided CELL&RSX,re-applied w/ Artic Silver 5,tested the PSU(APS-226) for faults.And soon i'm going re-check the lapping of the IHS of CELL&RSX as well as the fan's blocks.replaced and check the power/eject ribbon cable.

Ah i'm coming up short behind the lawnmower here.xD

I dont know how to troubleshot that, but in this case you should suspect about power
And the components most prone to failure related with power (others than the PSU you replaced) are the tokins

I've replaced all the top side NEC/Tokin's and still no cigar. Should i start on the bottom?
Sure, the way how the tokins dies is a bit random, the ones at the opposite side of the fan are more prone to die because could have a bit more heat, but that difference of heat is small
What kills them is when they cummulates thousands of hours of usage (or a inestable PSU)
