Ok, thanks, I will edit that post.Error 80710092 server running fine as i can the files in ps3 browser too. Port is also fine as i've already tried with another port as suggested earlier. So both of these situations are not true.

I got the 80710092 error when my ps3 could not connect to the webserver/could not find the pkg file. So you can say it happens if the ps3 isn't able to get the pkg file probably.Error meanings:
- 404 error means a server is running on correct IP, but maybe link is bad, or pkg does not exist etc.
- 400 error means server is running, can be a port issue, port used by other app etc.
- 80029576 Means HAN Enabler not ran, debug installer ran by mistake, or pkg not signed or corrupt.

Nice one, yeah I just edited that post again.I got the 80710092 error when my ps3 could not connect to the webserver/could not find the pkg file.
No luck with that either same error.Ok,
1. Install xampp, run it, click the top start button for apache, (make sure no other webservers are running first)
2. Put packages and pkg linker exe into the c:\xampp\htdocs folder
3. Run pkg linker, say no to using built in webserver.
4. Go to PS3 and run HAN Enabler and then try refresh list
5. If it downloads the new Package_list.pkg then Reboot , run HAN Enabler again and try install a pkg
best if you do this with pkgs that you 100% know work via USB, for testing.
No luck with that either same error.![]()

yes, I had the exact same message.Nice one, yeah I just edited that post again.
Same here, if I shut down my server I get that. Maybe there can be other reason but I think that is it.
It tries for a while with "please wait" then times out with "suggested actions" like contact technical support![]()
Connection refused. Closed port, or firewall settings, router, or AV problem. Hard to diagnose..

As I've already mentioned above server is working fine as i can see that in ps3 browser. Lemme try that with another pc.Have you tried a link in the ps3 web browser? if that does not work then its your server and I cant help. you might have to ask on xampp forum why you cant run their web server.
Also try install the Package_List.pkg manually again, if you have changed IPs or anything you will need a new on via USB, then reboot and run HAN Enabler and try again.
Okay, maybe your IP changed, for now, try install the package_list.pkg manually via USB each time you make a new one or move folders/servers.As I've already mentioned above server is working fine as i can see that in ps3 browser. Lemme try that with another pc.

No, no usb required, except to install the initial Package_List.pkg (if you change IPs on PC you will need to do this again, so try manual install of package_List if you have issues with Refresh item)Just to be sure, after step 4, i have to put the generated XML file on usb so Ps3 can read it right?
at this point i've tried so many things that i'm starting to forget simple stuff
Holy cow, I was adding the package.xml on the usb the whole time! No, no usb required, except to install the initial Package_List.pkg (if you change IPs on PC you will need to do this again, so try manual install of package_List if you have issues with Refresh item)
No, then you just refresh list on ps3 end. It will download and install the new list. Then reboot.Holy cow, I was adding the package.xml on the usb the whole time!
So I only need to install the package_list.pkg via usb?
And if I add more pkgs to the list and generate it again? I have to reinstall a new package_list.pkg?
