Hmmm, is the first time i heard about an sprx changing that color values

Can you tell me the exact name of the image you have been coloring in pink for that screenshot, and the rco where is stored ?
Is just to be sure we are talking about the same image, to take a look at it

For the GIM setings we can choose up to 14 different formats (and im wondering if using indexed colors could preserve the originals)... but i guess this doesnt matters because the sprx is going to recolor it anyway
What i can do is to open it in photoshop to get some color samples and try to imagine how to achieve the white (basically... start with #ffffffff and substract some amount of green for #ff80ffff
Then the sprx will add the green and bingo :D

Not sure, is going to be hard to adjust it but maybe works

Its is called tex_default_progress_slider.gim stored in system_plugin.rco.

I hope you find out how to make it white =P

Seems like White is the only color that i cannot make without patching the sprx that i have no idea.

The green color is overlapping the tex_default_progress_slider.gim

So coloring the gim file with a color + the green sprx overlap will give you another.

But for white we need 3 colors , this can be possible coloring the tex_default_progress_base.gim responsable to the progress bar base, the transparent one.

But it will be ugly and solid background

@DeViL303 @sandugas @pinky any idea how to match the sprx or making a dual color layer gim file? (like red and blue) with the green overlap will give us a white color

For dog's sake what kind of .pkg is that? Also, nice work

Im going to sleep in a few, so im not doing the GIM conversions i suggested (i can do it tomorrow incase is needed), but i made an image if you want to test it
In the .zip is also included the photoshop .psd file where you can see how are overlapped: base, base_shadow, and slider

Instead of replacing colors of the slider i decided to do it from scratch, this way it contains only a single color (in this test only have color FF80FF)

Incase the color FF80FF is not white enought... you need to modify the layer effects, click in the gradient colors, at left and right of the degrade, both are FF80FF... and you need to change both to the same value (i guess)... and change only the 80
I mean... i would try with things like FF40FF, or FF90FF, etc...

i'll give it a try, thanks

Ohhh, wait, i just realized i made a mistake because i was rushing a bit :/
The problem is i opened the base_shadow (21x15) and then i added base, and slider (both 24x20) in it as new layers
The result is i cropped the base and slider down to 21x15 :/

Well... you can scale the .png image just to test if the idea with the colors works
Or just use it in the size i made it... the firmware have his size hardcoded so is going to scale it up on the fly
Maybe it will look a bit pixelated, but for the color test is ok

If it works tomorrow i will redo it again with the correct size and other details if you want

My TV just exploded :miserable:

Maybe i messed with the rco too much.

All of sudden, the screen went white, and BOOOM a loud noise and some sparkles came out of the back of it, now it doesnt turn on

If you can get the white, i will update the mod..

I'll have to drop it for a while until i fix/buy a new one

Wtf, your TV autodestructed ?
In the way you described it (with a explosion noise and smoke/sparks) there is a high probability that the culprit was an electrolitic capacitor, like this ones
35v-electrolytic-capacitor-500x500.jpg

With the years of use the electrolitic capacitors wears out, becomes bulky, and eventually explodes at top (doing a "poof" noise), or at bottom (doing a "fssss" noise and expulsing acid liquid)

You need to open the TV to take a look, there are 2 circuit boards, one is like a pc (with the logic components), and the other is like a power supply (this one only does voltage conversions)
The power supply circuit board have a lot of electrolitic capacitors... if you see one capacitor (or more) that exploded then you can calm a bit (because is a very good signal)... it means is cheap, easy to replace it, and probably by replacing it the TV will return to work normally

*And btw... if one of the electrolitic capacitor exploded... it means the others probably are weared out... for a good repair you should replace all them in the power supply circuit board (or at least the big ones). This way you are confident that is not going to have the same problem for the next years

I cannot install ps3 4k pro v3.7 hen error 80029566 at 98%?

you sure installed te HEN version?,

Thanks, i will go anf buy the capacitors and try it out, if it didnt work i will take it to a repair service

@sandungas any progress of getting the progress bar white?
Im not using this mod, my plan was to wait for you to tell me if the color FF80FF i used did the trick or if is needed to adjust it

I can do again the image with FF80FF with the correct size, but i think is going to be displayed mostly the same

Nah i couldnt get white with FF80FF =(

But what you had, another red ?

What is confusing me is in the first post you was talking about this you said you recolored the image to pink... and the result in your screenshot is red

And the image i made using only FF80FF well... is mostly like pink
If you had a red when using the image made with FF80FF... then i dont understand what kind of black magic is happening o_O
