There are two options to Uninstall the mod:

1 - Restoring the Backup made by the installer in the installer itself ( If you had any mods installed before the pro mod and wants to reinstall it)

2- Hit Uninstall In the Installer Option ( it will make the Firmware clean again)

Both mods has this ''option' but i'll think to add only in the 4k option

But note that it is just a text string replacement

Now I am read the overview page and its a bit misleading so i can see why people are confused.

It does not say any where that Boost mode and 2160p are dummy options? I think that should be made very clear. This probably slows down the system a small bit in reality due to lots of extra stuff on the XMB.

Just a doubt. Installing the PS3 4K Pro may not affect the performance of the PS3 by adding all podcasts etc...? It literally consumes the memory. I'm not sure that's why I ask :)

Nah the performance is not affected by anyway, they are just xmb itens just like the others, it only loads xml's only when selected

For PS3 is better games in digital format rather than physical? And a new HDD of 500gb which can read and write much faster it will enhance all in general yes?

you can get it from the official update with PUAD. it might be a good idea to have the update you're on decrypted on your pc in case you need to change something. I'm pretty obsessive about this sort of thing. with the vita, I backup every vital file whenever I install something new or change firmware. it's pretty exhausting. I do have my registry all laid out and decompiled. I just use fix reg to do it.

Never tried PUAD before but I will have a look. I have changed psn icon to anonymous I like that one but ingame when I press PS Button I still see the old one haha

I prefer them in digital format just because i don't like having a lot of BDs and change every time that i want to play a different game =P, the performance of hdd is better
