I hold the L1 in the webMAN update, but still it does not load the VSH and also the cooler controller jumps from automatic to SYSCON.
Where can I delete the wM settings? I do not remember anymore

Make sure that you do not have selected SYSCON in /setup.ps3

If the problem persists, delete the config file in /dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_config.bin and restart the console.
The plugin should start using the default settings.

In the tmp folder, there are two config.bin.
One with the name of wm_config.bin and the other wmconfig.bin
I just have that delete wm_config.bin?

Edit:
I deleted the wm_config.bin file and actually the settings are deleted,
But it did not work,him back at SYSCON, even when I marked automatically at 68

What do you mean by "it does not load the vsh"? The wm_vsh_menu? What does this have to do with the temps settings?

You must be doing something wrong.
Can you open http://localhost/cpursx.ps3 in the ps3 browser?
What is the wMM edition written at the bottom of the page? Is it full?

You should delete both wm_config.bin & wmconfig.bin btw. Then try again reconfiguring but only change the temps settings in the setup page, check dynamic fan control box, choose automatic control & set the temp to 68, save the changes then reboot.

At bottom of of the setup page, have you checked the right combos btw?
You can display the temp in a pop up with a combo....

Seems I misplaced the link where you host your test builds on your site. Would you mind pointing me to the link or posting it here for the latest 1.45.03 please?

The VSH was not showing the pop up when starting the PS3 as usual. I refer to the VSH webman menu. The webMAN setup that I use is Full,because I use the Launchpad.I deletei wm_config.bin and wmconfig. Bin now worked.
Before I had only tried deleting the wm_config.bin.
I like to use the automatic mode at night because I consider it quieter, but during the day I use Manual.
I would like to know what the SYSCON option does? I do not know

If wm_vsh_menu does not show a pop up at boot then it's probably not loading.
Check the /dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt.
Is there a path to wm_vsh_menu.sprx? Like /dev_hdd0/plugins/wm_vsh_menu.sprx?
If not add it yourself & save the file...

syscon is the original ofw fan mode. The settings are very low & the fan never goes above 30%. The CPU temp generally remains around 75C to 80C. Emergency shutdown is at 85C.
The issue here is to try to keep the temp lower than intended to avoid ylod & other consequences due to heating up common with syscon setting while managing noise to an acceptable level.

That must be because Aldo removed it. Probably because he has a new version to release or something.
Aldo updated his github repo main tree to 1.45.03 a few hours ago. He has not issued the release by tag yet but I assume that is what he is about to do.
If anybody is desperate, they can compile 1.45.03 from the repo's main tree.

The link was fine, I downloaded it this afternoon before posting it... If someone wants that removed file just ask me for it...

No need to repeat the post twice.
A simple mention would have sufficed.

I have just done that, it does not work.
I am using the same browser as I used to download the pkg a few hours ago...
Something weird with the server..? Maybe temporarily...?

I don't know why it isn't working for you. If I click that link from this page, I get 404. But if I paste the link on Chrome the file downloads fine on my laptop.

I'll to upload the pkg to github when I get some free time.
 
I used 5 browsers to be sure, Chrome included.
While I was testing I also tried via 2 different dsl connections and via a VPN.
... Same message.... Duhhh..
NVM. Il don't need it anyway, I already have a copy... Lol..

I hope it does not do that in the future so... [emoji6]
