webMAN MOD 1.47.03

  • Reduced the number of editions to only 4:
    • Cobra
    • Full Edition
    • Lite
    • non-Cobra
  • VSH Menu & sLaunch MOD now are loaded dynamically (shortcuts are available in /setup.ps3)
    • Remove these plugins from /boot_plugins.txt to gain up to 800KB of free memory
  • /setup.ps3 now looks more clean
  • Added option to start slaunch & vsh_menu using web commands:
    • /browser.ps3$slaunch
    • /browser.ps3$vsh_menu
  • Added 4 level of info on...

  • NTFS & NETISO games now are mounted with external plugins [Thanks to @deank]
    • This fixes the freeze of the console when a 2nd PSXISO was mounted & played from ps3netsrv
    • The plugins raw_iso.sprx & netiso.sprx now are located in /dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_res
      * Reduced in approx. 10KB the footprint of webftp_server.sprx...

just doing some maintenance while they got reported on the mainpage the resource was not update, mostly because it linked to the github page dl page (thus was upto date link always.)

Hi I have recently updated my ps3 3003a to 4.84 hfw and successfully jailbreaked it, and I have installed ur webman mod 4.84 but when I am starting it , it is showing corrupt while starting up. Please help as I want to download and play games via webman.

First of all, you cannot use homebrew on HAN so it will never install or work on your model PS3. Second, read the rules of the forum that you agreed to when signing up: we do not allow the discussion of piracy and by saying "download and play games via webman" I can only infer you're referring to pirated games.

To be add, your console is not compatible with CFW, so try to read this (HAN vs CFW tab):

  • Added option to execute script commands at any time. Use /play.ps3/script-path (must be .txt or .bat)
  • Added new script commands (logfile, log, if/elseif/else/end, swap, lwait, beep, mute coldboot)
    • Now it's possible to execute multiple web commands directly from the script
    • /edit.ps3 now shows an EXEC link for .bat files
  • Improved mouse/touch/wheel support in /games.ps3
  • Added 2 seconds startup delay on cobra 8.x to allow network initialization...

webMAN MOD 1.47.14

  • Added option to /setup.ps3 to disable the beeps on reboot/shutdown/disable syscalls/pkg install/play disc
  • Ftp server now writes to /dev_blind in safe mode
    • Files uploaded to /dev_blind are uploaded with a different name if the file already exists.
    • The file then is replaced only if the upload was successful.
    • Upload to /dev_blind now sets permissions to 0644 instead of 0777
    • Now ftp shows a descriptive error if the device is full.
