Finished off Rise of the Tomb Raider & Shadow. Just wanted to get my moneys worth—they killed Tomb Raider with the reboot. Horrible games! That crap is not Tomb Raider! They were like really really bad action movies, not good games ffs! Glad I didn't waste a lot of money on them.

Tried getting into Kingdom Hearts III but I'm just not enjoying it as much as the first game. Got Sekiro on sale a few months back, been playing on and off.. I thought I'd be able to manage with it since Dark Souls is one of my goat's.. Nope this game is as brutal as they come! Managed to beat lady butterfly but I just keep running into roadblocks. Call me a casual, but I don't think I'll ever be able to actually enjoy the game.

From here on out, really don't think I'll be an active consumer of modern games anymore. Times have changed. I have my all time favorites and a backlog.

Tomb Raider 2 (PC, GOG) - Got it on PS1 as well but what the hell, GOG-version is simple, cheap and good looking!

Medal of Honor: Airbourne (PS3) - Never played before. Actually really good. Almost everything WW2 is good in my books however. But this one (as well as COD: World at War) is both got good gameplay and good story. Better than a lot of never WW2-titels, imo.

GTA IV (PS3) - I don't know why but I'm back playing GTA titles that I haven't played in many years now. Better than I remembered.

GTA Vice City (PS2) - ^same as above. About the same as I remembered. I'm a bit more nostalgic about GTA 3 but Vice City was a barnburner when it was new aswell. Had a friend who didn't leave his livingroom for days after he got it.

Taz-Mania (Genesis/Mega Drive) - Found at a thrift store a while back. Got my retro nerves juiced for a couple of hours at least.

I'm playing bravely default 2. the game is quite good with good music too. I'm at the second town, so I just started chapter 1 (beat the prologue). I'm also going to start tales of graces f on the ps3 once I get the system and game. I might play both simultaneously.

Slowly mood,《Haven and Hearth》a survival game. New world will come soon.
Quick mood《Borderlands3》more chaos

I'm currently playing Kingdoms Of Amalur Reckoning, Blades of Time, Heavy Metal FAKK 2, American Mcgee's Alice on PC.

Phantasy Star Universe, Aeon Flux, Ghost in The Shell on PS2.

Currently Settlers 2 Anniversary Edition, FFXIII (PL!! :) ), F1 2018, and as always Euro Truck Simulator 2 from time to time.
Recently finished Yakuza Like a Dragon, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. And played little bit of Test Drive Unlimited 2, Witcher 3 (looks like finishing game 2 times is not enough :D ), and most hated CP2077.

PS3:
Skyrim LE with mods.

PS2:
Silent Hill running on POPS/POPStarter.

Android:
Ocarina of Time on Mupen64PlusFZ.

Going to play through Silent Hill 2 on either PS2 or PS3 (undecided) after finishing the first one.
Silent Hill 2 is also working on CXBX-Reloaded version October 8 2020 (2c72faa) with a few graphics issues but playable otherwise. The newest 2021 versions broke the main character 3D rendering.

Silent Hill Ps1 have the fog glitch on Ps2 (the drawing on the distance isn't right), aside that it is perfectly playable.

As a fairly experienced Silent Hill player, I definitely suggest you to play Silent Hill 2 on Ps2 (greatest hits version).
Select hard difficulty for the best experience (on normal it even lacks some animations, like you can't slam to a wall in easy/normal difficulty).

ys ix now. I have around 22+ hours in it. I bought the definitive edition, which has 25 dlc items. then, I bought the rest of the dlc. this is for the switch btw. I haven't used any of the dlc (don't want to make the game easier), so I'm kinda a collector of it. :) I've been talking with a friend about possibly selling my exploitable without a modchip system w/ dock and 1TB micro sd card (no cables though), but I don't know if anyone would be interested or even how much I could get for it. I have no intention to hack/exploit the switch.

I'm playing Chippoke Ralph no Daibouken: The Adventure of Little Ralph

I suggest it to anyone who has some interest in 2D arcade-like action platformers, this is one of the best I've ever played.

It has that arcade coin ops feel (importance of points and speed) but with all the typical console games comforts and features (good amount of checkpoints that are also savepoints, stage/level selection after you complete them, etc...), therefore, in a short amount of time you can learn to play the game in the right (and more enjoyable) way, like this:

On PC: Halo Master Chief Collection (really very good), Streets of Rage 4, SWB2.
On PS3: Resident Evil 6 coop, and eventually some PS2 classics.
PS2: retired
PSX: retired
PS4: someday.
I played a lot SWB/SWB2 on PS4, around 80h in one game, 50h in second. But now i play on PC and SWB1 servers are empty, and SWB2 is really hard to play because i use controller, not kb/mouse combo. :(

I bought Resident Evil 4 on the switch. people talked me out of 5 and 6, citing that they were bad games. I've never played them, but I remember playing RE4 on the ps2, I think it was, and running through the village trying to evade the man with the chainsaw. getting caught by him was always hilarious. that's the reason I got it.

Yes, I understand you friend. I only play on PC and with a controller. It would be better with a good keyboard and mouse, but I prefer the controller. Anyway, it's just for fun. Although I must humbly admit, that I am good;) haha (just kidding)

I personally think that both RE5 and RE6 are great games. Very fun. It is true that they come out of the schemes of classic survival horror, but they are still fun and enjoyable. RE6 has several campaigns and online game modes which makes it really interesting. Unfortunately, there are not many players online, on PS3, currently. Perhaps Steam is an exception.
People criticize these titles a lot for the great action content they have, which may be true. But if you want survival, you have 7 and 8 !!

how would you gauge Resident Evil 6? is it actually shitty or is it good? maybe they were comparing to RE4, which is a masterpiece? it's like comparing newer Final Fantasies to FFVI or VII, I guess.

edit: I was just responding to you, so disregard the above. I've not played online with the switch. I only have nso for cloud saving after my first switch died. I got a replacement from Nintendo as it was still under warranty. anyway, I vowed not to let that happen again. the only two saves I haven't gotten back are the octopath traveler and the xenoblade chronicles 2. I had over 100 hours in octopath, so it kinda pisses me off, but I got some of the harder ones back like mega man x6 (all reploids saved) with mm legacy collection 2.

Finished the first game on both PS2 (POPS/POPStarter) and got the bad ending, then on PS3 got the good ending saving both instead of just Cybil.

Playing SH2 (GH version) on PS3 now. The better video hardware of the PS2 definitely makes it more creepy than the first.
Also play it every now and then on CXBX-R.
