Hello!

I just perform a clean installation on my laptop, installed Windows 7, but now PKG Linker buttons / GUI isn't working at all!!

I mean, the program does load, it should be working as the hover pops shows, but I can't see any button, square nor any other useable option.

I have tried installing DotNetx4, VCRedist 2010 and onwoards, with no luck yet :(
 
Well, I find a bug that might be worth checking!

If you install PKG Linker 2 in a pre installed directory, the program will take the files already there, and somewhere might be a error, like mine, that the GUI doesnt show buttons, menu, nor any other option.

I fixed it by deleting the previous own folder, and making a clean install!
 
Package linker is overwriting the previously signed .rif files. For example if i create a .rif for GOW and then create a second .rif for uncharted it will overwrite the GOW .rif rathen than creating a separate file.
When i use this updated .rif to sign uncharted on PS3 it removed GOW from PS3.

I'm not sure if this matters since I've never used this app, but rif files are distinguished by their content id. those ids are in the encrypted files. however, replacing the rif files wouldn't work correctly since it would either contain the wrong content id or the wrong activation key. hmm...I don't think that's helpful. lol

Well if its already installed don't install it again..or if you do , do a clean install. Not really a bug tbh.

Not sure what your issue is, but you can put lots of rifs into one pkg, so not sure how pkg linker can be over writing them.

Yes. Rebug 4.82.2 has support for han toolbox built in.

Also you could just ftp your pkgs to the packages folder on internal hdd. People have been working without pkg linker for years on cfw. Its not really needed on cfw.
 
i got ERROR when going to install pkg_list.pkg,
its say error 80029567 , i have enable han debug pkg, and i try install other pkg its succeed no error how to fix it?

guys pls help me i dont have any internet connection in my house only way to connect to internet is via android hotspot.
every time i try i fail at this
trying to figure this out for a week now
i have one ethernet cable can i connect to ps3 using this with android wifi hotspot?
if so how to do it pls explain in step by step if its possible?
is speed will be fast or slow?

Just use the cable to connect your PS3 and PC directly. Look in the help tab of the PKG Linker 2.0 app for more info on doing that.
