Soooo what am I supposed to do to get the thing definitely fixed..? I am still confused lol. Do you like have to release again the mod with fixes or I have to fix the problem from my end? I wasn't using SEN Enabler before the mod, yet PS2 ISOs wouldn't work at all. I was using PSNPatch plugin tho, but nothing more than that.

Use a 4.82 CFW or Just dont spoof yout current one.

Thats not that i can fix, its SEN ENABLE side.

because it patches a file that STAGE2 reads its hashes

@LuanTeles is working with 4.81 files I believe maybe some how that's the problem on 4.82 not sure and PS2 Playback

Nooo lmao I am already using a 4.82 CFW lol, I am on REBUG 4.82.1, never used spoof, and still PS2 ISOs stopped working. I've put back JUST the 3 .sprx files they were mentioned earlier and the ps2_netemu.self from the backup the installer created, and the PS2 ISOs now are working again, but of course this change affected the mod, and I've explained already what it did
Done. PS2 Games are working again, tried Persona 4. The mod has been affected like this:
- Translations are gone (Not fully sure: I have REBUG 4.82.1 LITE with debug options disabled, but after installing the mod a new voice in games info appeared, that was "Check" translated in my language, and I remember that voice was in REBUG 4.81.2 but in english. Now it disappeared, as it should be normally)
- Gameboot won't play any sound and waves disappear immediately after it, just the PS3 PRO logo and the "sparkles" remain
- File Manager and webMAN Lunchpad disappeared, Package Manager and app_home are back instead

EDIT: Just to be clear, I didn't uninstall the mod, I just put back those 3 files and the ps2_netemu.self

Probably translations

Nah! all the translations are inside the Rco's xmls

since it changes nothing apparently in the mod, i will let it only available in 4.81, one question to only let a file available in a specific version is just putting 4.81-ALL in the folder's name?

i'm thinking i put it by mistake

because the only prxs that is included meant to have

game_ext.sprx because of gameboot sound
xai_plugin.sprx because of custom funcions

i'm still wondering wht those 2 more is there, i dont remember why.

anyways i'm goIng back to 4.81 to check if those files is from REBUG 4.81
and because my saves don load because of fake save data not present in lite version

EDIT

the 4.81.2 files is bigger than mines, and until know i didnt see any difference, so i will remove it then

yeah, you probably shouldn't make the mod available to anything but 4.81 for now. rco files, for example, can have weird effects. I once changed the color of the clock (think that's what it was) for someone on a different firmware version. he said that the clock had disappeared when he tried it. lol also, those sprx have the firmware version in the header (offset 0x80). that could be what's messing it up. plus, I think there might be minor changes within. I did the ferrox 4.82 game_ext_plugin.sprx just in case. however, the files have to be reencrypted with each firmware version, so you can't go based on the encrypted version.

Checked now, since when i by mistake added LaunchPad into my mod (@DeViL303 will need to update it to not break the new cobra hashes, yeah i'm a big fan of LaunchPad)

i included those two files, i checked them its the same!

I think only having the 4.81 game_ext_plugin.sprx will not break anything (until now haha),
or i could patch the 4.82 too but in this case i'll have to copy the whole mod into a 4.82-ALL folder and it will make the PKG file even bigger.

you suspect launch pad?

Yeap, i just checked the explore.plugin.sprx and the explore_categoty_game.sprx were added in my v1.2 alongside with the wboard_plugin.sprx, i checked here they all are the same as launchpad installer.

I tested too, installing the LaunchPad on Rebug 4.82 and it broke the PS2 playback too.
Also Spoofing the 4.81 breaks its too, and spoofing 4.82 to a lower version breaks too since it changes the vsh.sprx

checked the md5 and its the same

I don't know much about launch pad since I rarely use my ps3. does it rely on those modules? you might be able to find what's been changed with a hex compare in their decrypted state.

Yes, if you include launchpad for older fw in a mod for 4.82 it will cause issues. That is why it has warnings in the release notes and installer saying "4.81 only". When releasing mods for new fw you should use files from the new fw as a base, that is what the word "porting" means for xmb mods.
